I am a lonely 40 years old dude from Macao who plays solo TTRPGs, good to see another fellow Asian who shares the same hobby as well!

The person doesn’t need to be entertaining, but it should be the content..and yours is so great!

Please don't change your style to live up to someone else's idea of what’s needed to be “entertaining.” A video like this just needs to be informative. So much of the UA-cam hype (primarily aimed at younger audiences I presume) just hurts my brain. And your actual play videos are definitely entertaining. And what makes them great is that there isn't a lot of unnecessary hype (no need for a voice actor or 5 cameras). I much prefer videos that show people how to actually solo game in a reasonable way themselves. And that also give realistic expectations of what solo gaming is like. So essentially (to me) a content creator solo gaming for themselves is more entertaining than one solo gaming for the audience. Anyway, great video as always!

I agree! The "entertaining" part in the video was mostly a joke, my main aim is indeed to be informative and to help people out! Thanks for the kind words as always!

Dude, I laughed hard at the start! You've nailed entertaining.
Great video and thanks for the shout out. I interviewed Robert Conley (author of Blackmarsh) at the weekend. It should be dropping on Saturday. We chatted about world building, blackmarsh and a bunch of other stuff. He's an absolute legend.

Nicely done! I love the d6 mechanics and have been looking for ideas. I will try this out in my solo adventures. Thank you! I may add a scarlet heroes “Frey die” to the fighter class for 2nd level and above.

Thanks for the suggestions. The &treasure book in particular applies to my current interests. Compendiums of unique magic items are often lacking in originality compared to what I want, but those looked pretty interesting.

Heya, thank you for the kind words! Yeah, it’s great - I didn’t cover it, but it also covers maps and artefacts and trade goods, all of which are detailed but still quick to generate! Highly recommend it.

This is the first video of yours that I saw, so the initial voice didn't seem out of place, but it was a bit confusing when you continued speaking in a rather different voice afterwards. Regardless, good video
