I really appreciate the comments/help! I posted the video per request of the seller so they could show their supplier. The seller never did provide support! I got tired of dealing with him, so I opened it up.
It turned out the problem was a loose ribbon cable going to the head. I removed it, reseated it firmly, and I haven't had a problem since!

You were correct this is an easy fix.

I found were the magnet is located, all you need is to do is to take off one of the the holding arms cover. Look on the side with the gear and the belt to find a tiny magnet about 1/8" in diameter that is loose around. Glue it back on its place, but before doing that clean the place and the magnet itself. Glue the magnet back and the light should now initialize.

I got the same moving head you do and it works fine brand new straight out of the box

Yes, I have 9-10 out of 12 that have varying color LED's that have failed. The white/orange/UV LED's seem to never fail. But, they also aren't used as often in our venue.
I'm looking to find replacement LED chips. I'm about to open ours up, after the warranty runs out, if I can't get them replaced.
Does anyone know where to buy exact replacement LED's?

Easy fix. The magnets that set it have fell off. I just glue them back on

Thanks for the input! I took the outer casing off and checked the cable connections. One was loose. Woohoo! Been working fine since! Thanks again to you and everyone! Blessings! Stay well!
