I… cannot even begin to express how overjoyed and relieved I was over the way their relationship was handled in the finale (and in the show in general). I have their kiss scene on repeat indefinitely, and I’m all here for friendship and trust as the foundation on which they build their lives together.
Just, what a good, tropey dramatic show. I’ll miss it dearly.
As for the video, the song is a pretty comprehensive depiction of their whole journey, as individuals and together. I was especially drawn to its theme of loneliness and recognition, which I think really suits Rosaline and Benvolio as characters and their dynamic.

It is just refreshing to see a relationship blossom and grow, without the sexual aspect of things clouding the emotions. You get to know the person for who they are.
I'd say there was some sexual tension there throughout, but I agree that their relationship was given the space to grow into something really meaningful
This is THE Benvolio & Rosaline video. Seriously, in a fandom that doesn't have as much content, this is everything we need. You captured them so perfectly!

Excellent job pairing outtakes of Still Star-Crossed with Dust to Dust song. Starting as enemies, Lashana Lynch and Wade Briggs were sooooo good in their roles...ending with I have "your-back-behind-your back" friendship. Trust is everything.

i just wanted to say that even though i never shipped them and was rooting for Escalus that this is a beautiful video. It's rare that I can be so in awe and engaged in a fanvideo when it has such little dialogue but i loved it and the colouring and the song choice. amazing.

This song suits Rosaline and Benvolio so so well. I feel it really describes their characters. Both of them were lonely, Benvolio lost the two people who really cared and understood him and Rosaline lost her parents and yeah she had Livia and Escalus at the beginning but both of them seemed so lost and lonely. Until they found each other. That's why I think the song and the clips you used merge in so well...I am going to miss this pairing. WHY ABC WHY?!

Since the creator, Shonda went to Netflix we could write and petition her and Netflix to pick it up. That’s what I and several people did once to get Roswell the sci-fi series to finish Season 3. This was such an outstanding series, well written with absolutely brilliant actors. Why oh why??? If anyone is willing to write, please let me know.
