What's your go-to McDonald's order?
A mc double w mayo large fries w bog big mac sauce
A 10 piece McNugget Meal with a sprite
with mcd's big breakfast i usually put the sausage, egg, and bacon between the muffin and also sauce it up with the jam and ketchup packets for that salty and sweet flavor
i just eat the hash brown separately after having a bite of the muffin stack and sometimes the pancake too
McDICKlds Suc k s . It's all garbage crap
I haven't eaten there since before covid, but watching your channel has given me some new ideas about what I'll try next time :)
The "no salt fry" hack is hard on the workers. They have to get fresh equipment to do a fresh batch since the prior utensils have salt on them. Just ask for a batch "fresh from the fryer".
Yeah I’d feel bad for them. You’re at McDonald’s take the salt weirdo
Yeah, if they're honest about it. A lot of the still give you old fries. I ask for unsalted.
Also you would have to wipe out and clean the holding bin, which I doubt any McDonald employee is gonna bother doing.
No they don’t 😂 I use to work at McDonald’s
No way they're doing that, they don't bother to look when you make a slight change half the time
Dont ask for salt free fries, just ask for fresh fries. its a bigger pain for them to have to clean everything to make it so you dont have salted fries
Jesus. I would feel bad for the workers with customers like you.
You’re eating at McDonald’s and you demand fries because you don’t want salt?
You dosser
They should be honest about it. They still give old fries. So I make a point of asking for unsalted fries.
Came here to say this. Customers don’t be an asshole to get warm fries. Just ask.
@@Moonewitch Good thing we just reheat fries in the hot oil to get rid of the salt. Lol
Little to they know we just throw them in the grease for a couple seconds and serve them
People that happily discuss ordering salt-free fries and then salting them with packets can go to the hottest depths of hell.
Lmfaooo I order no salt 🧂 and then get it after 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Asking for fresh fries is just to much
Omg. Dude. Yeah. They should ask for low salt.
MCD worker here, to get fresh fries you DO NOT have to order them without salt. Just say you want them “cook to order”
A McDouble with an added “round egg”, and an double fried/ extra crispy hash brown is probably the best brunch item/combo I’ve recently started ordering from my local McDonald’s.
I just want the hack that gets them to make my order right...
Go inside, be nice and polite, and if you want something ask for it don't "Game the system" like asking for Salt-free fries
For some reason my order gets made right 95% of the time even though I ask for extra onions and no mustard. And remember even if it is that one in 20 time where they mess up remember how many other times they get it right for not only you but 100s of other customers
Wouldn't call that a "hack" as much as just acting like decent customer
@@ku8721 she probably goes in overweight with a snobby attitude
Lmao shut up pissbaby!
@@jpboucher87 Ok, balless wonder - have it THEIR way, I like my food how I want tit.
What they don’t mention is that that the big Mack “hack” still cost about $3.00-3.50 which is not even worth the hassle since MCD charges extra for the lettuce and Big Mac sauce.
They never claimed that it was cheap.
Huh I’ve never been charged for Mac sauce on a McDouble instead of mustard and ketchup
@@mariannepalfy6674 trust me I know it’s BS the MCDs here also charge .25 cents for each dipping sauce too. They are cheap AF
@@anthonydisney your arguing to minimum wage employees over 0.25
@@TinyBearTim where did I say I was complaining to the employees? Fully read the comment before being ignorant.
You'll be lucky if you get the ice cream machine to ever work LOL and never did when I work there😭😭😭😭
Lol the ice cream machine here doesn’t work either 😊
In 40 years I've never seen a working ice cream machine
@@michaelb866 😂😂
One wonders if these hacks increase the chances of a disgruntled worker to spit in your food
The hash browns are a good remedy for a hangover. 10/10 I'm never drinking again.
Lol 😂
🤣🤣
that's what we all say isn't it?
lol
The no salt fries are not a hack it makes the employees mad just ask for fresh fries instead
All we do is put them in the grease for a couple seconds to get rid of the salt
I have always order my fries without salt for health reasons but learned as a kid that meant they were fresh!
The salt that they give in the packets isn't even the same salt they throw on the fries when being made.
I miss the French Fries from the 80's and 90's. Those were lit 🔥
i would have to agree. fries in the 90s were definitely better
Forget the fries, I'll kill someone THEN blow them for an old school 20 piece McNugget!!!
@@MsTwiththeTea1980 fried in beef tallow of course they were better! I remember when they changed their oil. All of a sudden I didn't like their food as much and I now i know why
@@jamesleason4004 ok 👍🏾
@@jamesleason4004 just learnt something new 👍🏽
From my experience working a McDonalds I can tell you most of these "hacks" will not be compensated or are not really hacks. Perfect example, the ones pertaining to ice cream. They will not make you a Neapolitan as there is no way to properly ring it up and it's too much of a hassle to comply with as the machine is designed to produce one flavor at a time. Also just order an apple pie separately from either a sundae plain (or with caramel) or plain Mcflurry and mix it yourself as they will not mix it in for you, again the machine is not designed to mix it and it would be too much of a hassle to even try.
@@williamlam9897 sort of, it's missing grilled onions. I would recommend getting a side of Mac sauce for your fries as it's delicious imo, you could also try tarter sauce if you're feeling adventurous
Back in the day there was "Surf & Turf" - originally a steak with lobster... Some places still harken to those days with a "Chicken & Fish" sandwich, mostly at fish and chips places. But surprised to not see it here. Original Fish & Chicken sandwiches. Take the chicken and put it into the fish! Pretty good! :)
I always get a round egg on like a bacon egg and cheese or sausage egg and cheese sandwich because it's a real egg and it is amazing way better than the other egg I used to work there so I know
Asking for no salt on fries to get fresh fries isn't a hack and it's an inconvenience to the workers to have to make yours special. Just go when they're busy and the fries will almost always be fresh, along with everything else. Key concept is going when they're busy so everything will be as fresh as it can be, and be polite for special orders to exist but sometimes doing the work yourself and just getting components can make it a lot easier to next time have them try and assemble custom orders. I had a McNugget burger and Crispy Chicken Situation that I could hear the orders from headset in grill and know exactly what kind of burger they wanted and provided the cashier with a list of how to ring it up. Having that last bit figured out is the biggest hack to getting off menu items done right.
My favorite is a take on Chicken and Waffles. Order a chicken patty with the McGriddles "bun". AWESOME
Great idea! 😃
I don't know if that steamed bun is a regional thing or not but it is 100% not around where I live. I worked at McDonald's for years when I was in high school and they got the same exact bun as a standard cheeseburger or hamburger. None of the McDonald's around here even have a way to steam buns.
Man! do I miss all day breakfast.
That $17.95 big Mac combo is the McDonald's hack that changed my order forever.
I ate at Micky D’s twice this week after a long COVID hiatus. Both meals were total disasters. Cold food, cremated chicken, poor and rude service. Would you believe they were out of salt. When you’re spending $8 even fast-food should at least be edible. Never again!!!
I mean I’ve got a strong stomach but even my stomach and bowel would say no to that McFilet-o-big chicken Mac nightmare 😩🤢🤮
Forget the fish and instead of the Big Mac get a McDouble, and then a McChicken take the bottom bun off both and put them together. For bonus points ask for BACON!!
@@ku8721 that actually sounds divine 👍🏻
Is this actually a thing? When I worked at McDonald's, it was company policy that a customer could not order anything on a sandwich that didn't come on the sandwich by default. For example, you couldn't order ketchup on a Big Mac or tartar sauce on a cheeseburger, because those ingredients don't come on those sandwiches by default. You could order 'extra' of anything that came on a sandwich, or have things omitted, but they didn't allow customers to request condiments that weren't part of the original structure of the sandwich. If that's an outdated rule and McD's will just make whatever you want now... it could be a game changer for me. ;)
I am sure during training they tell you that, but here is the thing: Most people would be understanding and willing to make changes upon request so long as it wasn't outlandish. With McDonald's form of Slogan "We love to see you smile" customer satisfaction tends to be a slightly higher priority or at some point used too. Like back when Breakfast wasn't served after 10:30 A.M. Employees might not let you order eggs onto a sandwich, or add any form of main meal chicken to a Sandwich if their ovens and friars were not ready for those items. And some places still don't have All Day breakfast; but if they do you can make these requests with little to no hassle needing to be done. A minor inconvenience for workers, but this also highly depends on the kind of workers behind the counter. I doubt today's generation genuinely wants to go above the extra mile to make a customer smile, and just wants to leave as soon as they can without much care.
The ordeing machines let you so yeha
some of these hacks might get your food spat on! lol
Ask to get these hacks in an Aussie mcdonalds and you'll get the burger thrown at you.
For good reason too. Just order the ducking regular food!
I always ask for the egg muffin egg instead of the folded ones on my bfast. We use the same folded eggs in… well, I’ve worked many places. Just get the egg muffin one.
Thank you for the good advice
Applies to UK and possibly others:
3 chicken selects here cost £5
2 chicken selects are in a Wrap of the Day for £2 each
So customise your wrap to just include chicken and enjoy your 4 selects for £4
Ah, McDonalds. When you want the driest, tasteless, crappiest food at the highest cost. Ever since they switched to vegetable oil to cook their fries and hashbrowns in, they've just sucked.
It’s crap💩
I love McDonald's, I just hate there food.. But we will get a hot fudge Sunday from time to time.. 😉
If hacks wear on the menu 😋
You are lucky just to get the regular food that you ordered from McDonald's and i like them.
I’ll take to double McBypas Surgery with a large Diabetes Type 2.
want a actual hack? several restaurants do this for their burgers. it is amazing so dont knock it till you try it. order a double cheeseburger or mcdouble or whatever. then ask for only tartar sauce pickle and shredded lettuce. tartar sauce is only mayo and relish. so dont be offput by it. trust me. the sandwich ya get will taste 100x better and feel like ya are getting one from a sit down chain. (doing this is a copycat of big boy esp if you order a big mac and swap the mac sauce for tartar sauce)
MUSIC HAS TO BE MUTED 😬
According to my McDonald's the ice cream machine has been broken for 9 years
They don't break
Just ask to get it fresh an it’s always good
chiclayo 🇵🇪 🍔
Asking for fresh fries is much better according to some McDonald's employees.
I love the steamed buns for McDonald’s burgers. They haven’t been allowing me to do it during this covid BS. They don’t seem to have it for sesame seed buns. I wish they’d just steamed ALL buns, or gave you a choice. It’s only two choices. They won’t do it tho, coz their drive-thrus are always full
i am so in love with the steamed bun at mcdonalds. it is so good
@@MsTwiththeTea1980 Yeah, so soft. I think also, because your mouth doesn’t need to wet the bread, it makes for a more pleasurable experience. Your burger is juicy, so why not the bread? Gimme steamed over toasted buns every time.
@@theshark84724 I totally agree
They won't do it because the steamed buns are prepared in a different machine than the toasted bun and it can only fit a small amount plus the sesame seeds would mess up the machine.
*warning* if in West Michigan, McDonald's is now charging for any modifications. Even if it's a substitute. I usually swap the eggs on my sandwich and I got charged
$ .30!
Thirty whole cents?!? My god this injustice cannot stand!
I'll always associate the orange drink with boy scouts
McDouble with Mac sauce and lettuce = cheaper and less one bun
No McDonald's steams buns anymore
Darn, the steamed buns was my favorite from McDonald’s
Thanks for posting this....I worked at McDonald's 20 years ago at several locations and we didn't steam the buns.
I will challenge your burger next time!
Me too 😊
i love macs donalds
Cashier? Good luck ordering any of these on the kiosk.
We don’t have cashiers at our location either
The French Fries are the best
I honestly do not believe McDs pre-cooks anything. As every time I get anything from my local McDs, It's a 15-45 minute wait every time. The 15 min wait is if I'm the only one there. The 45 min wait is if I'm not.
Well idk about yours but ours do because we have a strict time limitations to keep the line moving and get the food out
Hubby says they are not hash browns. 🥔🥔🥔
Thank you 😊
order a big mac with 2 quarter pounder pattie’s
in canada a sandwich with a hashbrown is called a farmer's i.e farmer's egg mcmuffin
At my McDonald’s, if you asked for no salt fries, then asked for salt packets, we happily refused since “oh you wanted no salt” so gladly sod off
Who wants a Big Mac with 4:patties?
It’s great to have a place’s to go to and just ask for what you want , and get it done.
But McDonald’s isn’t one. Just order the normal menu.
Cause why ask for a fresh order of fries, where I will likely give you as close to the whole basket of fries as possible (we cannot mix batches for freshness). When you could ask for salt free causing me to have to shuffle the fries directly out of the basket and into the box(scooping equipment and bay are coated in salt), ensuring that both I get burnt, and your fries are drenched in oil.
I wish McDonalds had watched your video before they came out with their 'Hack' menu
Best hack for McDonald's is avoid McDonald's
EXACTLY
Says the stoner. We all know you’re craving it after living in your disgusting cloud of smoke.
Lol 😂
I can’t take that kind of negativity!!! 😂
This is a new level of virtue signalling "I hate McDonald's" lol
Anyone who orders the land sea and air burger deserves whatever the hell comes out the other side!
I always order the 3$ bundle small fries and a McDouble with Mac sauce. Stead of mustard and ketchups a perfect size the middle bun is too much food
Jr. Chicken sandwich w/ Thai sauce(if the restaurant has it). Thank me later
Noice
I have not eaten ant McDonald's in over 10 years.
Big Mac for $3! Where?
the big macs near me are 5 dollars
McDonald's is now selling hamburgers in New Delhi getting rid of Mcchicken's at the end of January 2022
Frozen inside hashbrowns = bad day..
there are such thing as a bad mcdonalds hashbrown
i just throw a mc chicken in a mcdouble thats as far as i go
When I was young . We go cruising the strip on Friday and sat night and always stopped by mcd for a cup of pickles and large water .
ALL FREE
Best hack is throwing Mac Donald’s food in the trash before consumption.
Is there a price hack? Stuff is getting expensive as hell!
Only going to get worse man... the more they have to pay the workers to deal with the crappy public, the more the crappy public will have to pay
I got the best hack u can assemble a steak begal if u order a big breakfast right
A big breakfast with hotcakes
No one should be eating McDonald's. It's not food.
And your not a human.
Candida???
Not all locations have steamed buns...
Incorrect.
Where's the McGangbang? McDouble with a McChicken.
What's funny is that after watching this today I decided to order from Mickey D's on mobile and there was a Menu Hacks section on the app with like 3 items.
U suck big time
The best McDonald's life hacks that will change your order forever. Don't go.
They forgot the McGangbang
I can do better than McDonald's
I think you could do a lot better than McDonald’s.😊
"politely ask the cashier" and then watch them look at you like you are stupid...
Interesting.
The Monster Mac, 8 patties.
At Burger King either; ordering online or in-store kiosks. Order the Double Whopper, then add 8 patties, result Ten Patty Whopper. It's amazing.
No McDonald's for you !!
What a joke....I haven't had a piping hot McDonald's meal in about 40 years.
Mcgangbang😘
My go to is , NEVER EAT AT THE HORRIBLE GOD DAMNED PLACE!
Your script writers should be ashamed. Someone needs to say it.

My breakfast hack: Order 2 sausage McMuffin & ask for jam.
Remove the muffins w/o cheese, apply jam.
Join the muffins w/ sausage.
Main + sweet.
There were times, in my youth, that I would McD.. I found the sausage patty was 'to spicy ' but I did like the sandwich, once I added a little grape jelly.. So hack this, next time the morning grumbles get you...
That first one is called a colon cleanser.
Land sea and air 🤢
In and Out fries are mediocre and flavorless so they need all the help they can get.
This video is definitely outdated 😂
All those hacks are absolutely gross. It's just a ploy to sell more of their crappy unhealthy food. Best thing to do is HACK McDonald's off your fast food list.
order your fries unsalted it you want fresh. add your salt if preferred.
Just ask for cooked to order fries, it is a pain to clean the salt out of the fry cat and off the spatula especially if it is really busy. The one I worked at would prefer this.
Thanks for the good advice 👍🏾
@@bethpuyear6866 ok, thank you for the advice 😊
Why are people complaining about asking a McDonald's for salt free fries. It's your job. Just do it. You want to get paid $15 an hour, then work for it and stop complaining about doing your job
The Best hack for McDonald’s is avoid this video and just eat Chick-fil-A
