How many days for processing time from visitor to student visa inside canada, it submit last feb 6 2024 and the visitor will be end by march 20 do we need to wait the result for approval the student permit or we need to extend the visitor visa thanks

My wife was accepted in a CEGEP in Montreal, I read in Canada.ca that the spouse Open work Permit will be cancelled from September 1st.
If I do the application this month or next, is it possible that I would not get the OWP?
She starts classes in august.
