OHHHH ok. That is from the new drop pod series along with brigs and the sniper girl. He is supposed to be a Walmart exclusive but I found him at Kmart for $9.99. I own all 3 of the new drop pods/figures. You should definitely go check those sets out. They are really good.
The one with the sniper glasses is a new figure that was released in a new drop pod, you could pre order it on amazon and now it’s officially released in stores
