    About NeuroGraphica© :
It is easy to learn #neurographica (its simplified form is known as #neurographicart). It helps you explore your inner world, achieve your goals, and bring positive changes to your life. Developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, PhD, the word Neurographica combines "neuron" (brain cell) and "graphics" (visual presentations, like drawings). This shows how the method connects our brain with our artwork. Neurographica includes various drawing techniques, with its main features including the Neurographic line, the principle of rounding the corners, and the Basic Algorithm (step-by-step instructions).
NeuroGraphic Art is also known as neuroart .

Recovering from brain surgery to treat a severe seizure disorder. I am taking a medical break and doing this. I've done 5 already...and turned up with some pretty neat stuff. I am also a psychologist.

Hi Alina. I used this method for procrastination. I ended up with a big nasty scribble with many pointy corners. This is my 6th art piece using neurographica and was the first time I felt a change in my chest and breathing. I used soma breathing to calm my state. It took a lot of time but I was able to smooth it out. By the end of the drawing I was feeling much calmer and capable of needing to do what needs to get done. When I waws done, I walked away for a few minutes, then came back to examine it and contemplate. Two things I noticed was, a circle within another circle. I also saw my initial in the very center of the diagram. Curious to know if either of these findings means anything deeper. Thank you for sharing your skills with us! Peace and blessings :)

I was also wondering if lines can come off other lines, or do they all need to start and end from one end of the page to the other?

I would like to send you a picture of what I am working on so that my question is understandable but it doesn’t give me that option. I am wondering if in between the blank spaces if I make different thing lines going in different directions is it still considered neurographic art? Thank you

Hello Olivia, thanks for your question. In Neurographica, you can draw as many lines as you feel necessary to address your issues, and it will still be considered Neurographica (or Neurographic Art). Neurographic Art originated from Neurographica and follows the same guidelines.

thank you, this is a great thing in a stress. I have a question: if I see more circles, is that ok to add them I forget?

Thanks for your question. Typically, we select one fixing element in this technique. You can probably add more circles, but select one as the focal point, the main shape in this drawing.

In other tutorials the lines are brought to the edge of the paper. Is there a reason why you don’t ?
