Lunch at Circus McGurkus at Islands of Adventure

Today we headed to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for a fun filled day, and to look for some creative food! We had lunch at circus McGurkus at Seuss Landing. We knew the theming would be on point but how was the food?
