Ya I think that’s the big issue…the it was pricey even for Disney and the food was not remarkable and didn’t live up to the atmosphere. It’s nice to know it impressed you once….perhaps it will return in the future!

We were there on a Saturday morning and it probably would have been a 15-20 minute wait if we hadn’t waited for the front row. I imagine once it’s newness dies down it won’t have a terrible line, as it’s milder than some of the other big coasters here. For a must ride, I always recommend going at park opening!

Try not to read to much into the weather reports for the Disney area- they forecast rain for every day in the summer. It doesn’t always happen and when it does it can be for a short time. But the reports will look scary!

It was a little weird to be there without Dawn, but solo was ok! Dawn is back for our next videos- and maybe someday we’ll get her take on a solo day!

We loved this resort. It’s a moderate resort that acts like a deluxe! I’m sure we will be back for a stay at some point but yes the food locations will have me back several times. This place is a bit underrated in my opinion!

Ya, the parking lot is not the ideal view but super convenient if you drove there! We were in such a convenient spot for everything.

It’s a great camera but the camera man was tipsy 😂

We’ve eaten at Brown Derby a couple of times and we had some great stuff there too! But if it’s a steak competition in all parks then I’m going to LeCellier! Oh my I’m getting hungry now.

Just curious, what’s your favorite at Magic Kingdom? There is only one other in Magic Kingdom I wouldn’t fight you on 😂

They don’t ever ask, but if you request a room , I’m sure they would accommodate. It’s rare that they don’t. Maybe you’ll have to wait a few minutes extra. 20 days - so excited for you! I’d love to hear the highlights and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

Dawn is awesome. She is fun and full of Disney spirit…Plus she puts up with me!

It was very pretty and elegant. I will have to say It made me feel better about having a full meal in there at some point.

The funny thing is, I don't even know how good it is! I mean, it's pizza so it will be good, but is it the same as Via Napoli? No idea. I just always thought that it was a missed opportunity to not have slices available in Italy, and then you hear they do have a window, it's just never open, then after they say it's open all summer, it's closed the minute I get there. Maybe it's just the universe telling me to lose a few pounds lol.

I’ll give you the food- the beignets were not amazing. But I’ll respectfully disagree on the ride. I think it was a step up from what it was. Lastly, yes Disney can be expensive, especially if you’re not feeling the magic. This is our happy place so feel free to check back and see what’s going on there. May you find your happy place!

Wow, we really liked it...We liked the state of the art update as well as the original story that wasn't a rehash of the movie. But hey everyone has different tastes. I will ride it for you haha!

Lol thank you! Yes it can be work, but usually we are having a blast. We do have some first world problems like being too full to eat what we planned. And yes we are usually on the lookout for things we might not have shown before. Disney Springs is full of those places!

8 days IS a long time in that room. We were in there 3 nights and it was great, but I don’t know where I would have put 8 days worth of stuff lol. I bet you’ll enjoy the bigger room!

Great comparison…I don’t know if we can ever bring ourselves to stay there when there are so many other great choices out there!

If you ever decide to stay there, that room will still be the economical choice…since your not DVC, check out David’s DVC rentals…you can “rent” DVC points and it’s cheaper than booking direct with Disney. Thanks for watching - more Disney fun coming up!

No you would have 2 contracts, each with the ability to book the home resort at 11 months. BUT you can bank points and borrow ahead, so you could use up to 3 years of points for poly, then use Saratoga points the next year. There’s always a strategy!

It was a lot of fun. There are some awesome ones out there…a lot of them are very big with many rooms. I’d love to check ‘em out but I need more friends 😂

You are correct…but if I was buying direct I would buy the newest ones and get the 50 years. With resales you need to check because they are typically older and you will be choosing from a wide variety of expiration dates. They are all ok if the price is right!
