Exterior very attractive 😀 Soften inside with fewer sharp finishes (lg kitchen table etc) Utilize round or oval. Smaller bdrm windows for storage wall space. NO to glass closet doors(😳 clean that !!!) Combo bath/laundry area (inside 😉) Good ideas given TY
Dont need those huge windows in the bedrooms...make them one half the size...thats still plenty of light....gives extra wall space for shelves for books, etc
I like this one. Can it take additions later on? The bathroom is a little small. I know it has to be. But that makes it a little hard to clean around and behind the toilet.
Not a fan of this plan…There is no need for a large dining table; it takes up valuable storage and floor space. A drop leaf with stools would be more efficient. Absolutely no need for a second bedroom in such a small space unless it would be a futon or single bed-as it is, that room is claustrophobic. And what is up with glass closet doors?! A washer and dryer in an unsheltered space would would need to be replaced after a year or two. Personally, I don’t want to even think about doing laundry outside when it’s 100 degrees or when it’s 15 degrees. As a single person, I would prefer the second bedroom space become a laundry closet and an office nook. In such a tiny bathroom, make that vanity go all the way to the floor, shift the shower to beside the toilet (wasted space as drawn) and either make the shower bigger or add a small linen closet or shelving in the empty corner. It’s a cute plan from the outside but awkward on the inside.
Thanks for watching, hope it will be useful for you”

Pretty house ❤️🫶but the washer and dryer unit outside? Not a fan.
It is a cute house but why is the ironing board, washer and dryer on the back porch?

I’d do an island with bar stools instead of table

I love the little home but not enough space to make bed. But beautiful . Again wouldn't want my laundry out in the elements.

Very nice design!
Interesting ….
2 BEDROOMS ? ... YUUUUUUUUUCK
For such a compact space, 2 is plenty for me.

I don't want closet doors or front doors that you can see through and overall it is far too small
Thanks. It is a design idea and focuses on the location of the interior, you can change according to your preferences the furniture in the house.
