My dad raced the 1954 TT on a Norton. He never made it back despite always promising my brother and I we would go. 12 years after he died I'm about to leave Australia to meet my brother and jump on the ferry. We will scatter some of Dad's ashes on the mountain. To say I'm excited is an understatement...

Promised my dad to go there with him when i did my 125cc license. 5 years later and the ferry leaves in a few days. Can´t wait to finally experience the TT with him. See you all there and stay safe!

Accelerating through 150 miles per hour with the front in the air and the back moving about all over the place. The brain is saying “well it’s not getting any worse, just keep the power on.” Only at the TT.
The TT is like the Grand National, in that you know that someone (at least) isn’t going home to their family. In 2019 I think 3 riders died? No wonder Guy Martin loved it. You have to have a certain part of your brain missing to do it full chat. 😧
TT racers have big brass balls. I stand in awe of their skill and courage. We'll not see their like anywhere else.
I’ve unfortunately had to cancel my trip this year due to health issues, steady away guys and gals and safe racing to all 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

How awesome is this to be able to watch from South Africa for the first time.. Been learning so much about the TT IOM races and dream of one day experiencing it in person for myself....

This is real racing. They literally flirt with death on a knife edge pushing it to the limit teetering what’s possible and losing it all. This ain’t crash and walk away this any second can be your last. People say there adrenaline junkies shit you ain’t met these guys they live for it. Formula 1, NASCAR, you name it if the stakes were the same as these guys they wouldn’t even show up let alone race. These arn’t racing drivers/riders these guys are hero’s. I found the Isle of Man in 2019 purchased a bike 6 months later. These guys have balls the size of boulders. 🤘🏻
