- Louise Gray, author of 'The Ethical Carnivore' gets her first taste of wildfowling with the help of BASC and the Fenland Wildfowlers Association.
Inspired by the likes of wildfowler and conservationist Sir Peter Scott Louise considers wildfowling to be a 'noble pursuit'. She records her trip with a diary camera and talks about how she feels about her experience on the marsh.
Louise is passionate about the connection between food and the environment. Before writing her book, Louise was environmental correspondent for The Daily Telegraph.

Lovely video. I'm in Australia and when i go duck shooting and goose hunting. I'm in big trouble with the missus if i come home empty handed. Wild fowl is a big part of our diet when it's hunting season...
Can't picture duck shooting in Australia just don't seem natural...
@@browningmaxus5360 In Darwin where I live we have some of the best shooting in the world. 7 species of ducks and Magpie Geese with generous bag limits. Shooting a bag limit is the norm not an exception. The Monsoon Wet Season creates perfect wet land habitat for waterfowl...

Fantastic to see someone new out wildfowling. Its a shame the clubs in the NW are so clique that you cant get in or have 10000 year waiting lists to join the old farts who probably only mange 2 days a year grrr
