Brought my ex wife to her first Yankees game on this day , parked the car on some side street that resembled a landfill lol , bought the tix outside the stadium some other guy wanted them and was willing to pay more but was being pushy so the guy put the two tix in my hand and said their yours $40 total , about a dozen rows behind the Yankees dugout then we went to the upper tier behind home plate to catch a birdseye view for a few innings I wanna say I remember Greg Caderet pitching but not positive, maybe the ex didn’t have a great time but I sure as hell did the old Stadium was my home away from home , I’ll forever miss the old ballpark in The Bronx !
Ricordo che in quel periodo (i primi anni novanta) gli Yankees non erano un granché...Poi vabbè Roger Clemens, uno dei migliori lanciatori di sempre, in quel periodo nel suo prime assoluto!!!

I believe they won that game.
what a crappy reminder of a dark four years.
Mattingly missed a title by one year
Unluckiest Yankee ever. And that’s a shame because he was a great hitter.
Remember Yanks on MSG well !
