AAC Automatic networking workstation for steel mesh fabricating

Jutong has long been committed to “Improving Efficiency and Liberate Labor by Science and Technology”. It took our R&D team two years of research, project approval, research and
development as well as tests to launch the AAC Automatic
Networking Workstation after the verification of dozens of schemes.
With its simple structure, reasonable layout, smart design and small footprint, this workstation has realized automatic steel-rod cleaning, automatic buckle feeding, automatic steel frame grabbing, positioning and layout, automatic buckle installation, automatic
mesh recycling, automatic networking and other functions. Besides, compatible with all types of buckles and meshes, it reduces number of workers needed for a job from the original 20-30 to only 2 in
the whole process, which really realizes the automation of each
link of the network. Thus, it greatly improves the production
efficiency, ensures the stability of production, reduces the
production cost and improves the safety at the same time, bringing in more actual benefits for enterprises.
