This looks well made and very practical the only concern is all the zips which would be the weakest point because as we all know zips break and I have read the reviews and one customers zip DID break and has contacted your company several times and still no answer??? This is after paying out nearly £300

If you have any issues, you can contact us directly at [e-mail]. Our pet strollers come with a warranty and all you have to do is register your jogger on our website. We're based in the US so we're unable to do any international shipping to send spare parts. They would have to return it to Amazon or wherever they purchased it from.

We have problems filling the front wheel of the Petique Breeze with air. Due to the spokes, there is not enough space to put on the air pump with the existing attachment. Unfortunately, not without the attachment either. Is there a solution for this?
Our cats love their Petique Breeze but unfortunately we can no longer use it without air in the front tire 😢
