Well, after a year of use, it needed to be cleaned! So grateful for customer service in California, answering my questions, and giving me confidence to do this! And for leading me to this video! I washed the cover on 'Light' load by itself, with unscented Tide, on 'cool', and it came out clean very quickly- then, let it Air dry indoors, and the fabric was surprisingly quite dry out of the wash, so it did not take too long to get it dry...I stuck the whole skeleton of the stroller into the bathtub and ran the shower for a bit, to get any stuff off I might not have seen, and same with the pee pee board-with some grapefruit bath gel I had to clean it better, and on the frame a bit too, then rinse , and lifted it all out to air dry a bit too...Played the video stop and start while putting it all back together, and lo and behold, YAY I did it! Thank goodness for video instructions! made it doable thank you! perfect! Thrilled! Honestly was considering just buying your on sale Breeze jogger for the $275 Canadian I saw on your site-but no shipping to Canada yet forced me to undertake the cleaning task lol! (we did get this one from Amazon.ca and are aware that is how you provide for Canadians so far-but wow your sale items are Sooo tempting because we just love our pet jogger! (especially for winter coming up here again in Toronto) ! Still have to get some pee pads (disposable) as we had not figured out the pee mat had an envelope as part of it-so looking forward to trying that with the folded suggestion(could not find exact size)...Anyways, great! I thinks it's helpful but the dog should still go through a training when the dog doesn't listen to your comments properly. You can use it during the training for more help but it shouldn't be permanent solution. But i still appreciate your work and your product. Great job 👍

For evreyone saying that its better to train them, you're right. However, dogs who have extreme pullung problems can have their windpipes crushed, and other health problems. I would recommend using this leash while training them

It’s funny they rank the sort of midland on intelligence, but I’m not sure how they measure it. My chow is the smartest dog I’ve own , but it is independent, it wants to do what it wants to do. I think if they use trainability as the key to intelligence, then I can see why they’d come in lower. They have a personality of a cat.

Walmart. The don't give me issues at Taking my dog in. Our first time in a store I had to use the chair he has never been with me. He is a support animal. He had no trouble with walking up next to the chair. He paid no mind to the people we had the mommy bubble around us. His job is to push people away when I'm over stressed, he helps me get the stuff I need.
