This is my own, drum percussion was recorded with Elektron Model Cycles, and processed in Ableton and then recorded on Circuit Tracks. As for synthesizers, I think there are some factory ones, maybe slightly tweaked. And the sound sample is some kind of accelerated Middle Eastern tune, downloaded on the Internet for free access.
