Hello, I used to make the weetabix cake regularly, and I know it does take a long time in the oven, so seeing as the cost of electricity had gone up, I’m not cooking it anymore.

Hi Debbie you look amazing and I love your top off your mum. You did really well this week, I gained a pound but I'm not moaning because it was my birthday on the 25th of March. Those guiltless bars look nice. Thanks for sharing about the twirl bar, syns aren't bad. I feel for you with your knee pain, as I've said before I have osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia and many other issues. Due to seeing your post on FB I also did the magi bag BBQ chicken but I chopped my chicken into chunks before hand, I used some of mine with salad and it's really nice in a Warburton's pitta too. You are so good at ignoring Andrew's teasing about chips 😅. If it were me he would be sharing my poorly knee pain 😂. Have a great week Debbie with Charlie (& Mr Teaser Andrew). Great weight loss Debbie, love the daffodils. Thank you for your ideas. I tried the Katsu Falafels this week. OMG they are lovely. Good luck this week although I am sure you won't need it 😃. I am half a pound off target, I was gutted last week as I needed 2 pounds but managed 1 and a half. Fingers crossed for both of us. Thank you for a lovely video and your jumper looks lovely x

Well done for losing the 4.5lb so quickly ❤. You can bag the one lb next week and get the 4 stone award🤞. I only lost half a pound last week, been eating chocolate and hot cross buns. Hopefully I will maintain next week and start losing after that😅.
You could cook your cake in a slice tin or bigger it will cook faster.
