It sounds like this is the right change for you. I also find that calorie counting with some slimming world principles works best for me as it allows complete variety and can fully enjoy every meal. I agree that Instagram can be triggering for poor mental health in a way UA-cam is not. On UA-cam, you can much more easily stick to content that is genuine, relatable and makes you feel good. ☕️❤❤

I know what you say about a lifestyle- it’s so so true we have to do something that’s sustainable for us. You look amazing 😻. I always go back to calorie counting- I can’t help it 😮. You sound so much like me hun it’s unreal. I had a friend doing a diet and only allowed 800 calories a day 😮😮😮😮. Can you imagine??? Xxxx

Ooh thats very interesting. I just bought the six week countdown with slimming world. However I think I am gonna do one week just cc. At the moment I've been doing a bit of both. A lot of people combine the knowledge from sw with cc . I am seeing a lot of you tubers leaving sw for cc. All very interesting.

Yay! Calorie counting is what makes the difference. You can’t keep up silly SW rules for life. CC you can eat anything you want and it actually teaches you about how much energy is in food. Weigh loss is energy in vs energy out and SW ignores this and would have petite women eating the same as huge men because er, syn free?! Well done on your weight loss.

I’m 5.10 and my goal weight is 12 stone. I used to be 9 stone years ago. I think we can overthink and worry too much. We need to be kinder to ourselves. My belly hasn’t been the same since I had my Isabelle lol 😂 and she’ll be 9 in May xxx
We definitely need to be kind to yourselves more. We would never talk to other people how we talk to ourselves sometimes. Oh, my belly will never be the same as it was 10 years ago 😂😂 xxxx
