When I first heard this song I was terrified that they went more mainstream and had diluted their sound. Since then the song has definitely grown on me, plus the rest of the album is friggen mint, all is well.
I dig it! Nice change of tempo to freshen things up and I really don't see a problem with one song not having a punk beat and fast tempo. I would get bored of writing 300 of those. Proves they are more than a one trick pony and have what it takes to write quality music. fuck the haters
Another side to AWS! Demonstrating they will not allow themselves to be pigeonholed into any one genre.Great tune recorded in their home studio "blackandbluemasteringsuite" New Bedford Ma.
Is he saying chasing every bottle in the room? That's what all the lyrics I can find online say, but I always thought it sounded more like "chasing every bottle with the worm", as in a bottle of Mezcal, you know? Anyone know for sure either way?
look i love new AWS, it doesnt sound the same like all the mainstream shit you hear these days, and plus you still hear the hardcore bass riffs in the background if you listen carefully, you dont get that shit in mainstream music.
i hate how people can judge a band from one song...and this song is still fuckin good, i agree not there best but it is catchy. like posted befor it incorrperates themes from all their cd's listin to the other songs. Warning they'll kick your ass... at least they didnt go like greenday...fuckin sellouts
it's so funny that this song gets so many negative votes or comments on how they gotten worse or slow or whatever.... yeah i bet all of you listen to the same genre ALL the time. psshhh grow up.
@thetriangletheory then don't watch the videos, it's fine for you to say that but if people go out of their way to slate bands they don't like then it's rather pathetic :)
🙌

This song definitely has a "Strung Out - Blew" feel to it, which is another song I enjoy haha.
Seeing these guys tonight can't believe it.
Criminally underrated band
i love when bands mature. it shows who they really are inside.
one of their slowest songs but i find it super catchy. cant wait to see em in june in t.o.

Música e tema geniais. Apesar de ser a balada do EP, é a mais viciante!

Hello Dylan, now i know its been 3 years, but I'll go ahead and say that yes he does say "chasing every bottle with the worm"
Hey Neil, is there some kind of contest going on? Ha Ha. We're both fans. Just for the record, I had a copy of this video months ago.
in before yourtubesteak
@DoubleDowner lol yess bro. Right now, they are revealing themselves as friendly nice people who stick with their friends no matter what.
"Paper and Plastic" is the Name of The LABEL who put this ep out, not the Name of the EP.
@BIGMONEY422
you think this is better then the Horse or The king is dead?
Anyone know what song plays at first?
420
@Usernameavailable85
LIsten to the whole EP, it is as amazing as everything else they've done.
They should put out a new album now that they are more mature. A new album that's less fruity
EP is called "A wilhelm scream" isnt it?
what is the song from the beggining of the video?
"chippin' away" by the guys downstairs
@TheRealFattMikE Haha he does kinda look like Jeremy Piven in this video, that's pretty funny, he doesn't normally though.

My voice sounds almost similar to his!!!!!!! :D
He must be, but it's not that important. Also, there was a John Carvalho in the band. Carvalho is also a portuguese surname.
@lkknee word.
@hotty10876
You mean that in a good way ?!
Lol'd.
