Ok! Finally ordered the free sample pack from LMNT! Can't wait to try it. ...I really need to learn to cook simple. Your meals look so good and you use so few ingredients. I've found myself feeling overwhelmed lately with meal prep and cooking and I think a lot of it is I want too many ingredients/flavors when it would be so much easier on me to just simplify my meals. I bought the LMNT variety pack and love them so far! My question is…should I be drinking them before/during/after workouts? I was drinking them during as I found they made my sessions better but noticed my sweat was extra salty/cloudy, so am I just sweating all the good stuff out?and therefore it’s a waste? I can’t seem to find any guidance on it

I would suggest after; in order to replenish what you're losing while working out.
