- It’s a cross between a woodworking bench and a workbench, combining the advantages of both, robust and plenty of storage space to keep tools handy. I'll also attach a cutting station to the bench, using a plunge circular saw.

The casters might support 1000kgs as a set but the fasteners won’t hold bc it’s screwed into the side edges of your plywood. It would have been better to use 2x4s or 4x4s for them.
I’m sure you know this but someone not familiar with wood working might not know this.
Beautiful, essential work .I love your "Piher" clamps, they 're masterpieces !!!
AWESOME....I just came across your channel and man am I pumped! Right away saw some projects that are perfect for my shop. Your attention to detail and even more your creativity are most impressive. I'm looking forward to all you have to offer. Many thanks to you my friend. Peace.
You are so amazing that you make me wanna cry - of joy! I absolutely love your channel. I think you are a genius and a truly generous one that shares all these amazing things with us with such simplicity and humbleness. I am an eager follower. Thank you for everything! 💙
I love the way you planned this and then used mainly good quality ply instead of planed lumber. Less expensive and easier to build. Subbed 👍
Overall it’s a decent table. If you’re not using it for big heavy projects. Its gets unstable when using my jigsaw and handsaw. Table starts to shake and lifts off the ground. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Also the folding mechanic works great ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh when setting up, but I can’t get the table to fold down. It gets stuck 3/4ths on the way down.
Very nice.
One observation about woodworkers in general is, that most spend an inordinate amount of time buying tools , building their shop, buying more tools , improving their shop, buying more tools , making their shop larger , buying more tools etc. etc. 😳😂
When their spouses/partners ask when their new kitchen cabinets will be done , they are told , “as soon as my new sliding table saw from germany or Austria arrives . “
Well yeah!
So glad I found this channel and this plan! I have a slab of hard maple antique bowling alley for the top. It’s only 59” long so I am redesigning slightly.
Looking forward to part two. Thank you for sharing.
OMG! You're amazing! The attention to details and engineering are the best I've seen. Now I just need to be brave enough to try this project out!
I just watched this entire workbench series without pause. This is undoubtedly one of the best engineered and executed workbenches ever. Elements of torsion box and butcher block with a cutting station and storage in one unit. Kudos to you sir. You have a new subscriber here!
This is the most beautiful and efficient workbench I’ve ever seen. You are genius!

Thanks!
I was looking for a workbench that i can made for my woodworking class, now i sure that i found, thanks for share your knowlodge and great skills
Excelente trabajo...saludos desde Cúcuta Colombia.🙋
Like the flexibility in materials with your plan. An additive method to tenon and mortise vs cutting down using complex methods and tools. Brilliant plan.
thanks Robert!
You did it again. Great video. I can't wait to part 2.
Love your videos. In the States we were fortunate to get Phear clamps at Rockler stores. They had the normal ones and Rockler blue ones. If I’m glueing up a joint that isn’t closing these are my secret weapon. I did some hobby timber framing last year with 4x4s and they really saved the day when closing the last millimeter in my joints.
you're right, are great clamps! Thanks for comment
Excelente proyecto. felicitaciones
This is a great system thank you very much I am getting ready to build another assembly table this will help me a lot!
Excelente!!
Excellent design and your exicution was flawless. Great job on the accuracy of the fit.
Thanks!
Woohooo, what a Monster-Workbench. Amazing!
thanks!
Good job and nice clamps you have..big like 👍
Brilliant design!
I watched this video and then watched it again. Really well done so I bought the plans. The plans are as detailed and clear as the video. Great attention to details in describing the build. I cannot say enough good things about this project and its designer. I really appreciate the modest set of tools used. No $275 T squares here. My build of this is going very well so far! Thank you.
best site I have found. Very clever and not boring!!!!
Pinta bien esa mesa. Da gusto verte trabajar. Me ha encantado esas patas-ruedas. Saludos
The sliding drill press is haunting me. I must build me one. Outstanding work
Nice build bud. Great idea using plywood in ways no one else would've thought. Most would've used 2x4 or 2x6 to frame but u went beyond that.
Strong constuction ! Good job !
that's going to be one rock solid bench...….very nice build!
Thanks Henry!
This is my dream work bench.
Something tells me that woodworking is your hobby and that you are actually a highly trained assassin. The patience and precision you use to create this wonderful workbench are the same skills you use to execute targets. lol.. jk.. your videos are a pleasure to watch and helps lower my blood pressure.
Enrique

Super cool project
thanks Pietro!
Fantastic.....👍🏻😳
Wow, it's very cool bench)))
Great Video!
thanks!
Reliable will be the desktop. Waiting for the continuation.
thanks!
This is a great design. I'd like to build something similar but with smaller cubes. I'd actually like to have the ability to separate each cube due to space constraints in my garage (a single cube might integrate a drill press, one a router table etc). You've given me some great ideas, and it'll be great to see how you integrate your machinery.
It is a good idea!
Would love to learn about how to design these plans great work
nice clamps!
Excelente
For anyone interested in making this workbench;
It is an amazing workbench!
I have built mine to have a 4' x 8' 3/4 plywood top only with a circular saw and a handmade straight edge and it is extremely sturdy!
I used 6" lockable swivel casters that can hold up to 500kg each, and I have put them to the test! I used the bench as a construction scaffold to insulate my garage's ceiling and it wasn't even feeling risky with only a single 3/4 inch 4' x 8' plywood sheet on top.
Me and my uncle, we weigh over 250kg together and we were installing 3/4" plywood sheets on my ceiling, it also had a bunch of tools in the cabinets (I didn't make drawers or anything for now...) and it could've hold even more!
There was 2 drill presses, a planer, 2 jointers (4" and 6"), a spare circular saw, a compressor, a portable dust collector and a pen-turning lathe in the cabinets!
My only complaints are that I did NOT glue the cabinets to the main frame, because I didn't know if I would like the 4' x 8' footprint...and that I didn't add 2 more strips in between the workbench's top and the cabinet, it sags just a tiny bit because I am using only 1 sheet of 3/4" cheap plywood, I didn't want to use more than this to reduce the cost.
SO, If you're thinking of only using a 3/4" plywood top, please do yourself a favor and add at least 1 strip of vertical plywood on top of each sides of the 2 cabinets to reinforce the top!
i want the same really impressive.
Danke für das Hochladen 👍 👍 👍
L ♥️ g
you are boss? No boss I'm sorry you are big boss I don't see all of my life very accurate man like you
Very Nice Video 👍👍
Nice Video 👍👍👍
Master!!
Sei un grade I miei complimenti
Grazie!
Great Project! I'm looking for Multifunktions-Werkbank Bau / Teil 2
Really like this work bench. I plan on building one like it with the addition of putting my table saw in it. I have the Delta 36-725 model and the caster set up is terrible. I also love the cross cut feature and edge cut feature you've built in. This bench build will eliminate the need for a separate table saw, separate expensive cross cut table, and bring my large cuts up off the floor. I want to also install a router in it. Thanks for a brilliant design!
thanks Daniel, I would like to see some photo!
@@Paoson_Woodworking May be a while yet. My next phase is to empty my garage, run all my electric, paint, coat the floor. Build work bench after. I've watched your 4 part build about 5 times now...trying to decide how to modify it to integrate my table saw and router.
