Pretty sure this same Typhoon buzzed our house near Brittania bridge yesterday around 1.45 pm?? Watched it on Flightradar. It came from Liverpool direction and went vertical above the bridge and then headed back Liverpool way again.. Awesome thing to see and hear on a Sunday afternoon.
Superb Elwyn, absolutely superb, spluff galore, I noticed a fair bit of spluff yesterday when we had "BlackJack" doing the Saturday display 👌👍👏 I'm also looking forward to RIAT, but not before a day back in the Loop first 🤞I'm hoping to brush up on my panning technique.😁
The way he slowed down behind the spitfire before the display was so good. Was disappointed with the Korean display team but still a treat to see them.
I was disappointed with the black eagles as well thought they’d have done a lot more plus was expecting some solo stuff like the red arrows synchro pair ..
I've never seen the neg G push with vortices coming off the bottom . I always thought the Typhoon must be pretty bad azz but have never seen a good video . Good Job 👍

(Used to have holidays in the 80's at Southport) Because Warton is just "Along the road " I loved watching what BAE Systems (BAe, back then) were churning out. The EAP was flying around and a lightning returning to Warton for the last time were the standout moments.
Another outstanding video. Thank You. Just watched this side by side with your video of the Southport Typhoon display 2016. By comparison (fluff notwithstanding) this display was pretty dull. Just flat 4G turns and rolls - almost all on one level. 2016 had loops, gear out rolls and was generally more dynamic. Has the Shoreham disaster ruined airshow displays?
Heritage flights have become a little overused now I think. Like if Christmas pudding was in the shops year round it might make you not see it as special anymore.

Great footage, glad I went on the Saturday though as the design was fantastic on thats day's Typhoon, surprised it wasnt the same plane on both days.

@@dansmith543 the black eagles only did a preview at Southport and farnborough. The full show was only done at RIAT!

I was here and this was easily the best Typhoon display for a good 5 years. Southport Airshow is easily the best in the UK and this just shows it! 🤩

This is the flat display sequence because of the very low cloud layer, the full display is quite a bit more dramatic

Why did they ruin the dramatic full speed suprise entry of the typhoon by bringing it together with another plane at slow speed this year.
there is a 2min display with the Spitfire this year! couldnt show it as there was music being played on the speakers
