  • Jack and Evie challenging one another as to who can perform the most exercises, within reason, on the ATX SQM-700, which is advertised as a Lever Squat and Viking Press, but can be used for more, as per video :)

I just wonder how many of these exercises actually felt comfortable doing to failure

Squats, reverse lunge, calf raises, shoulder press, viking press, chest press are all exercises we see performed on it daily; so, these are all comfortable and ones you'd choose to do, even if you had other kit available. Not so sure about the others, unless you were in a home gym with limited kit. Best regards, Matt

@@gym_professor From all my experience selling Powertec leverage machines - give a dedicated home weight trainer any form or lever arm and you will be surprised what they come up with!

    Hello,
Thank you for providing us with content on ATX racks. It's great to have reviews on European brands.
I noticed that ATX has a new pulley for the 600 series: LTO-650. Have you already tested these pulleys? Are they better than the previous version?
Thank you very much for your assistance!

Hello Tom, the LTO-650 has been available for sometime. Many opt for the cheaper LTO-520, which fits the same racks; however, the latter is bushing and doesn't have the leg brace. The latter is fine, but the LTO-650 with proper guides is more like what you're used to in the gym. Personally, I'd pay the extra and get the LTO-650 lat attachment, over the LTO-520 lat attachment. I hope this helps :). Matt
