I love the man who introduced me to this beautiful band. I always will be, even if we will never be together. 😢 it’s an aching feeling I would rather not live without.
This is therapy to ears. One of my favourite Neo-Folk bands of all time. Just imagine waking up in an English Garden/Cottage, listening to this perfection while drinking Yorkshire tea!
Tibet has this effect on people, while he sings his almost unexplainable dreams… and these are not so terrifying as the early works. If I not mistaken, and he agrees with Douglas P., in most of these sonha he proclaims that the end is near… like the Norse Mythology predicts! Look around you … evil exists and is wining…
Both used to share a squat with some Ásatrú female character in London so that must come from those early days of discovery and edification in general ...
I'm guessing the stamp says "contains 500g of harmful material" and on the back of the box there's a fun-times maze for children to help crazy tibet get through all the way through the darkne'd wood back to where he started--and he is crying his slogan: "Suffer me, children!" Inside, under a shadowy mass of red-glazed corn puffs, there is no prize.

The album cover on this upload is actually from a bootleg release of the album from Russia from a "label" that mainly did "limited edition" pressings (hence the 500 copies stamp)
Yes, while wild fauns frolic in nether regions adorned with thistle and honeycomb and candles burn in empty windows. A call to end times and a summoning of the shroud.
to me this is past the end times, in a biblical sense. once all is dragged into infinity beyond neigh, history is left in obfuscation, millions upon billions of grains of memories left awry amidst a dust storm. there is nothing to document, no place, no recall, but the solace of sweet fauns and animals. this is their domain, and despite abaddon, this world is brimmed awfully of spoils and peace.

This music saved my life.

I hope it saves mine, too.

I've been looking for this version of All The Pretty Little Horses!
The one Jhonn Balance sings in is better imho .

listening to this you'd be more likely to wake up in a rundown room with a hole in the floor where the previous tenant self-immolated herself...
. id honestly rather listen to this in a garbage dump while drinking rainwater
Some of these songs are terrifying, they made my skin crawl. Made me tuck my feet under the covers for fear of horrible devils
They just kinda make me want to cry, but not really in a bad way.

This album and DiJ's but, what ends when the symbols shatter? are an utter vibe.
Of the Wand and Moon made some great albums too.
I played that particular death in June album for about 4 hours today at the smoke shop I work at

Excellent.
I am familiar with a Ars Nova CD.
Is there an official one?
Does anyone know who did the artwork please? I can't imagine it being David Tibet, but who knows.
It looks Danish
Louis Wain. My vinyl copy has his signature on the cover

Anyone as the lyrics of "The Flower Is Redrobed" ?

Hmmm… 20 years listening. Tibet, Cave, Jarvis.
I’m infatuated
Does anyone knows where I can find the lyrics?
Hang on, why is there a Coil song in here? Or is Pretty Little Horses just one of those songs that gets covered often?
It's a folk lullaby that's been around for over a century, but coil covered C93... the two are admirers of one another.
why do they have so many different releases with already released songs and pretty album covers I'm so tired
they just fuck with you
industrial
i think these are different versions , and many live-albums... if you dont like it just dont listen .

+Cats Meow true, some of them are slightly different (all the pretty little horses) but I see where you're coming from.

WTF can't tell if this is a parody or for real. Either way, it's a bit much even for someone who likes Ann Sexton.
