Dawn, that happened to me last week with a RR that was rejected. It never would scan, so I had to call customer service, and after a lengthy conversation, they credited my account with the $6, and I threw the darn RR away. Okay, so it happened again a couple of days later, with another register reward, and I remembered seeing on somebody's vlog that the cashier has to scan the largest one first. The manager came over and did a void. I told the cashier to scan the largest RR first, and she thought I was crazy. The manager laughed, shook his head, and walked off. The cashier scanned the largest one first, then the next largest, then the cheapest value last. Then, it worked!! It took all 3 RR's, after doing that. So, thought I would pass this along. Sometimes, Wags is crazy!!
I havent been to Walgreens since November and returned just last week. Went shopping on Saturday to do Aveeno deal. My $3 printable manufacturer coupon and a $5 RR both rejected. The manager was super nice and added them manually but boy, I surely did not miss couponing at Walgreens.
I agree, the deals have been basically the same for a number of weeks now. Since paper boosters have been rare lately, that makes spend deals even less of an option for me.
That's the new rule for Walgreens and CVS you can only use 1 digital or paper coupon or register reward you have to use the register reward on something that does not have a coupon
Hey Dawn Great haul today! Did you not get the p@ g RR for the Olay? I haven’t had a rejected RR in a hot minute and the deals are the same. I did the Downy,gain scent beads that were 4.49😊
Which ones did you have? I used (3) different ones today from two weeks ago and they scanned fine. $6 (buy 2 colgate), $3 (buy 3 febreeze products), & $3 (buy 2 crest) This was today 3/3 around 11 am here in Houston, tx so not sure what’s going on with the system
@priscillac7932 yesterday I had $10 from the sheamoisture deal 2 weeks ago that was expiring yesterday as well as the $6 from buy 2 colgate. Both of them got rejected so my 10 expired 😒

For my 3 off $15 deal. I did the air wick vibrant, 2 febreeze air sprays, and a pack of finish dish washing tablets. My total was $5.62 after tax

I just left Walgreens I had $30 and register rewards and they did not work mines kept rejecting to Ans tried to do single transactions
