Hi Jane, and thanks! For Courtney’s video, we used a Zoom H6 with the shotgun mic attachment, since she wanted to be on the move and we couldn’t be tethered by wires. The recorder was mounted on the camera gimbal stabilizer, pointing towards her. We use UAD plugins for all our mixes! Just a little light EQ, compression, and a touch of reverb for depth, since it was a single mono signal.
