I've been to Patag on my vacation and it is enjoyable , so much to see and lots of fresh air. The road is wide fully cemented so its a comfortable ride to the top. I remember i bought lots of star apples along the way which was a big treat for me since i missed it a lot 👌🇩🇰

There’s still a new resort up there in unpaved road. Some were cemented. I think it was the last mountain resort up there

Yes it's a lovely place, nice and cool, but not much to do except have a coffee, for me it's all about the bike ride👍
