On my firestick they keep coming back on when I go to the next episode and even when I rewind within an episode. Very annoying. Anyone have a suggestion ?
Does anyone know how to turn them off permanently? I have Apple TV and mine are always on when I start a movie or show. I turn them off and the next movie they come back on.
Just spoke with Max customer service. There is *no way* to permanently disable subtitles. They acted as if I was the first person to make such an inquiry. The customer service rep’s biggest concern was how I joined Max. For @StreamersWorld: Subtitles are disabled on our Apple TV, and yet Max forces it to appear. It is the only app that does it, and is the reason we just canceled it. Think about it. If you watch a ten year series with an average of twenty-four episodes per season, that means we have to disable subtitles *240* times.
Mine has the options but it still isnt working. I click on the english cc and then theres still no subtitles, ive tried turning off the tv/ resetting my roku. Nothing has worked
My subtitles are automatically on and I want to turn that off. Do you happen to know how to do that.
