How to remove rear seats (Racekor) out of a Renault Clio 197 (3) RS

This is a very quick and basic video of how to remove the rear seats in my 2007 197. I took the seat out the previous day and took me 5-10 minutes. Hope this video helps.

No unfortunately but I guess its around 30kg
