A side note for Africa users. Make sure you select the Africa button before you connect the dongle to the wifi. May I ask that the techs for the app change that seting to the page before or something?
If you have already set up a wifi connection to a mobile WiFi dongle through MTN , but due to signal issues want to change to a different Mobile Wifi Router from a different service provider, how would you go about reregistering the inverter Dongle on to the new WiFi router?

Can you help please. The customer on a Luxpower inverter tried to do the wifi dongle installation and messed it up completely. We cant get in or reregister in any way. How does one get the dongle deleted from the system amd start process new?
Hi Sir, Are you an end user or an installer? It's quite easy to obtain the installer code from your distributor. The "Installer Code" is visible in your distributor's user center and can be found when they log into their account.

Як скинути налаштування wifi інвертора? Щоб почати спочатку. Я зайшов перший раз в налаштування( з ручним налаштуванням IP), так як телефон не міг отримати IP адресу від AP інвертора. Далі через функцію додатку, я указав йому WIFI та пароль домашньої мережі. Іинвертор підключився та получив IP адресу, але коли я намагався перейти по тій адресі, то він перезапускався та активував знову AP. Я дивом зайшов на сайт налаштувань WIFI інвертора(самого модуля WIFI), та щоб він не віключався від роутера та не активував AP, я вибрав тільки режим клієента(без AP). Стало добре. Він перестав відключатися від роутера, але на сайт налаштувань інвертора так і не можу попасти... Зараз перегрузив роутер та інвертор... він відключився від WIFI, що дивно... Наразі немає звязку з інвертором зовсім. Ні через роутера, ні через AP режим модуля інвертора. Основне питання, як скинути налаштування WIFI модуля інвертора? Дякую Або що робити, якщо змінили роутер та доступ втрачено, як змінити налаштування wifi інвертора, якщо немає доступу?. Дякую.
Can't install the lux power because I'm not an installer and does not have an customer code because I installed the inverter myself don't buy luxpower if you installing it your self because the dongle is then useless not all of us can afford these inverter to be installed by an installer .luxpower is pathetic.
