My Dad had a commercial fishing license, but just a regular 20' boat. It let him catch a lot more fish and selling it covered the cost of his fishing, with a little left over at the end of the year.

Always ask to look at the entire system. Screens in sinks get crud in them monthly in new york, and a main drain wash is always in order twice a year.

Gas in Poland is about 6.60 PLN/Zloty per liter or about $1.60 USD per liter, which equals to about 25 PLN/Zloty per gallon which equals about $6.10 USD per gallon. One gallon = 3.8 liter. The Poles are paying a lot more for gas than we are in the US. The current money exchange rate is 4.15 Zloty to 1 USD.

I like that type strainer.
This very thing happened to me a few months ago but I couldn't figure it out at first because the basket was made out of plastic so I assumed it wasn't that. It had a small crack in it. So even plastic baskets can leak because of cracks.

I can’t find that style strainer where I live . Much better than that big ass lock nut that always snaps in half
It's called a deep strainer, should be easy to track down they are standard

I wonder if the one side rotted away because it was loose enough to have a slow leak that over time caused it to corrode from the outside in.
Try ones with 3 bolts ,instals lot better.

Did you ever run into a sink that had the drain built into the sink? Had to replace the whole sink!

Hey Steve, I have a buncha rentals and these basin nuts always seem to rust and seize to the down stem. Any tips to prevent this from happening when I install new ones? Thanks
Spray some WD-40 on them before you sock'em up.
A can of Fluid film accompanies me everywhere I go, just a little spray and it will stay there forever without drying up, not mineral based, so will not harm any rubber or plastic either
