Hi iam also having twins my cervix length in sonography came 3.8 cm
But when they took me to give cerclage they told me they cant give me stiches bcoz my cervix all taken up by the uterus so they can't give risk to stich the short cervix they told me to have full bedrest im in my 5 month
When did you diagnose with short cervix. Usually you can get stitches up to 23rd weeks of pregnancy

@sayed1994_ oh . Usually cerclage can be done around 23 weeks. I m not sure what is your baby position exactly. You should consult with one more doctor who is experienced in doing cerclage.
@@Womenworld83 I was having low line with 1 baby doctors told of they would have tried to stiche then it can be harm for baby sac so they decided not to go for cerclage they told just to have bedrest but when they check my cervix while in operation theater they told me my cervix is closed

I was allowed to do just routine activities. I was on bed rest most of the time. Yes I have 👯♀️

It can be happened any time . After cerclage removal it’s just like a normal labor pain process

for how long you were on progesterone? my wife has gone through same process but cervix got open. Here cervix was 2.4CM during NT scan and doctors didn't suggested us any thing and after 1.5 months we got her stiches - All doctors fault and now we are suffering
Oh m sorry to hear about it . I was on progesterone throughout my pregnancy till delivery.

@jaspreetsingh-hd6gv in my case I was allowed to do my routine activities and rest of the time I used to take rest . She can take support of pillows to make herself comfortable but it’s not necessary for all the time .
