Just bought a '20 red "standard". Outstanding bike.
Great good for you I’ve been riding mine for four months and it gets better and better every time the motor sounds sweeter and smoother ! The only thing I don’t like to very much is very high idle at start up !
I love my W800. Worth every penny. Superior Japanese fit, finish, and engineering.
Awesome bikes. I really want the standard version.

The engine has kind of solid sounding I guess it’s due to the bevel gears, And the transmission is like butter I love this bike

My W650 has a kick starter & a center stand also. I see the W800 did away with the kick start, too bad.
man you didn't mention the 18" front wheel on the cafe and the 19" on the standard. They are running both models in parallel not 2019 (cafe) and 2020 (standard)..you can get both! I already have an '04 W650 so I like the Cafe. Really cool. Change the exhaust, suspension and tires. Spec the EFI to suit and should be great...although I do like the standard exhaust and note.
With those tires design the bike comes with try to stay away from grooves roads and rain, i’m planning on getting different tires when they wear
