Ingredints
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar, optional
2 eggs
1 ½ to 2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted and cooled butter (optional), plus unmelted butter for cooking, or use neutral oil
PREPARATION
Step 1 Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-low heat. In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Beat eggs into 1 1/2 cups milk, then stir in 2 tablespoons melted cooled butter, if using it. Gently stir this mixture into dry ingredients, mixing only enough to moisten flour; don't worry about a few lumps. If batter seems thick, add a little more milk.
Step 2 Place a teaspoon or 2 of butter or oil on griddle or skillet. When butter foam subsides or oil shimmers, ladle batter onto griddle or skillet, making pancakes of any size you like. Adjust heat as necessary; usually, first batch will require higher heat than subsequent batches. Flip pancakes after bubbles rise to surface and bottoms brown, after 2 to 4 minutes.
Step 3 Cook until second side is lightly browned. Serve, or hold on an ovenproof plate in a 200-degree oven for up to 15 minutes.

There is no health benefit to a 'water diet' the weight you lose is called water weight which just dehydration. Just eat less and do more high impact sports = quick slim down

cause you might drink a lot during a water fast but your urine is always dark because your releasing a toxins and you have really bad breath and a horrible taste in your mouth because of this

fasting for a day won't do anything to you. you can go without food for 2 weeks. the only thing that will happen to him is he will pee a lot and be hungry. but if you try to drink water to curb your hungry I guess you could over hydrate your body. I heard that is bad. that being said, I drank a gallon of milk in 5 minutes and I'm still here.

I'm actually in the middle of my own water fast. I'm doing mine so i can lose some weight so running isn't as hard on my knees, and eventually get back into rugby. I will have finished my 9th day without any calories tonight! The hardest hurdle to get over is the first 2-4 days as you'll feel just really hungery. Good luck and keep up the great vids

1 cup butter, softened 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup colored sugar for decoration Add all ingredients to list
Directions
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Sift together the flour and baking powder, stir into the creamed mixture alternately with the heavy cream. Cover dough, and chill for 2 to 3 hours, until firm.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Place cookies 1 inch apart on the prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven, until bottoms and edges of cookies are light brown. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.

To try and help you out MERK, make sure you drink water while sitting down. The water travels through you body slower, so it helps with the absorbing of the nutrients. Try to drink warm water also as it has more of a benefit. Also, taking smaller gulps as it helps keep blood volume levels at its peak... it is more efficient. 👍
