Lester, God does allow things in our lives for a reason. He also places people in our lives for a reason. A blown out tire, could have taken that fender off. ( I've been there ). You have expressed your disappointment in your church. This does happen. You had a week end of flooding, no one was hurt, no animals lost. Things can be washed, repaired and replaced. That in itself was a blessing. Mr. Charles was also a blessing . He not only helped you, he gave you a message from God, from his heart... As you sing! Count your blessings, one by one..
I started watching You Tube when I stopped watching TV programs. I was feeling like the world and people had gotten so bad that I really just wanted to isolate myself with my family. Then I met Dutch and family, Daniel Arms and family, Sandy Brock, Meredith Bernard (This Farm Wife), Jason , Brooke and Mary Carl and a few others and Lester and Jami. I was looking for animals but I found so much more. I found people who were good and had values. I found myself with a group of friends who lifted me up when I felt like family and the community let me down. I teach so I don't have a lot of time to watch except during the summers. Being a woman I found the women , especially Jami, being role models and friends. I was entertained by the craziness and amazing personalities of the Jasons and Lesters. You and Jami have so much love, compassion and so many more positive character traits that we see as you deal with people and animals. I love and spend most of my free time , and some of my specialty and lunch time watching your channel. You have made my life better and allowed me to see that there is so much good in people and in the world.

My late hubby & I were so afraid we would loose them, but we never did. We bought it in Conroe TX at Gullo Toyota & it was one of the first one's they had. We had it for over 100,000 miles & it was still good! When hubby was diagnosed with prostate cancer he bought a red Mercedes because he had always wanted one. He passed away from a massive heart attack 4 months later. I cried everytime I drove it for almost a year as he didn't get to drive it long enough. So glad you had help, Lester. There are still good people!

Lester, that man could be the very answer to your problems at Longhorn Lester's. When I was a kid our house was built in the side of a hill and we had a pool on the bottom side of that same hill and they keep the hill from running away... LUKE THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING WITH THE SPILLWAY. They used crossties to build that part up and give it support. And it NEVER FAILED AGAIN. Just good for thought and it's better than using concrete. It's still holding fine almost 50 years later.
Amen blowouts are no joke had one at 16 but let me tell you my dad was riding in the passage side as a trucker he said my God I can not believe how calm and keeping the car in control iam proud of you girl. I'm not a church goer but I do believe in God and I do pray. I do also know that God works in mysterious ways. I also know at my hardest times in my life that there's only been there's only been one set of footsteps in the sand and they weren't mine.

When I was a kid our house was built in the side of a hill and we had a pool on the bottom side of that same hill and they keep the hill from running away... LUKE THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING WITH THE SPILLWAY. They used crossties to build that part up and give it support. And it NEVER FAILED AGAIN.
Just good for thought and it's better than using concrete. It's still holding fine almost 50 years later.

Crazy the way that sidewall blew🤔. I have 40" tires on one of my trucks. Seen a bulge on the side wall, it was a defect. Makes me wonder if your tire had a manufacturing defect .

Lester, that man was a god sent . Not only did he send him but he's redirecting you to the right Church. Even after you told the man about your church he told you you were going to the wrong Church. I'm not a church goer but I do believe in God and I do pray. I do also know that God works in mysterious ways. I also know at my hardest times in my life that there's only been there's only been one set of footsteps in the sand and they weren't mine.
