I would like to suggest you to evenly distribute the secondaries along the entire circumference. Toroidal transformers are used to minimise magnetic flux leakages which interfere with an amplifier's sensitive input stage. Having secondaries unevenly distributed presents high reactive magnetomotive forces where turns are condensed and low where they are farther apart. This causes flux to leak.

I know that for audio purpose the duty cycle of the transformer is more or less 50% so considering this your wire even for 500w it is still too thin.

Como faco para enrolar esse msm. Transformador com primario 127 220v?
Vc tem que criar um center tape na metade das voltas, tipo como ele fez no secundário, deixou 3 fios.
Tem que fazer dois enrolamentos de 117V e deixar as bitolas de tape center, sem unir, isso é pra comutar com a chave H sim vc quer ligar em 127, ou 230V..
