The configuration involves the use of a gabbiani gt2 130 single-blade panel saw with robot setup and the integration of an Anthropomorphic Robot positioned on the ground at the front left of the machine. The panel saw can then be operated manually or automatically with the robot placing or removing additional modules between the platens required for its proper operation.
The main advantages of automatic working with robot are reduced labor costs; increased productivity and quality and production without shift limits.
The switch instead to manual mode allows the handling of all materials that cannot be handled by the robot due to size and/or other characteristics (thin materials) and the possibility of stack cutting resulting in increased productivity.
