They probably shouldnt have upped storms dmg. Her whole thing was fast ults and team buffing. The community's weird aversion to her in season 0 really tricked the devs.

The answer was to keep her little puffs of air and up her survivability through increasing her mobility. Now she can just send a bitchslap through an entire team from halfway across the map before dropping a hurricane on them every other fight.

Tbf she did need a LITTLE bit of help at the start. 12 shots of projectiles that weren't all that fast which couldn't headshot AND had damage dropoff was kinda harsh considering she'd still need almost half her mag to pick anybody off, all while being a flying character which didn't have any burst mobility. None of the buffs she got were unreasonable by themselves, but the fact they did multiple notable buffs to her primary was definitely a bit of an overcorrect considering what she's doing now.
I personally would like for the damage buffs to stay, but there could definitely be something done about her ult build rate as a compromise.

Good game but they mostly lost because of triple support. 2-1-3 is an even worse winrate than 1-2-3, how did they expect to pass the last choke. They perfectly layered their 3 support ult but nothing is dying in the enemy team, what can Hela do alone ?

can i say that i dont think storm is as broken as people say like shes strong sure but she looks stronger than she actually is right now because shes best played into slow high sustain team comps and what is being played a lot right now? 3 supports, if the game goes in a more fast paced direction i can she her falling off without even being needed to be nerfed
