@JoeHollandFishing I accidentally found a way to zoom in on the unit as well for deep water. Use active captain and select helm. You can pinch to zoom on your phone and it'll zoom on the unit as well

On the fence about getting the clam x800 or the eskimo like yours . I already have a clam x400 but looking for a big shelter for when i have friends or family with me and my dog ofcourse

I like them diesel heaters just not sold on the durability of them but they are efficient and keep my tent toasty they make some noise but for me that’s good cause I need the noise when I sleep I’m headed for the U.P in a couple years when I’m done with this thing called manual labor good luck bud

Yeah never been out long enough to really test it plus I go light weight nowhere really close to me that’s demands a sled plus can’t camp em kinda sucks

It has its pros and cons it’s so finicky and bad with wind but easy to drop and quick

They make special percolator filters. The wrap around style works best.
Key is to pour slowly and never drink the last sip
