So the Lancome could be worth ordering and paying the shipping for half off I dont what kind if marketing staffs these companies have but they rank low. Because every product you mentioned is absolutely worthy of permanent. And if they are bottom line driven then these discontinuations are brainless

I think Chanel is one of the biggest offenders. Their permanent range is kind of lack luster but a lot of their LE products look amazing! Ah, I had a feeling you were going to mention the Mario Ethereal Eyes palette! I’m so sorry because it’s really an amazing palette. I also thought you were wearing the Lisa Eldridge lipstick on your lips in the video!
Having worked as part of a product marketing team a while back, they literally look at the revenue every single product generates and the profit margin must remain at a certain level (e.g. 70%) and if it doesn't meet a revenue target it gets cut (essentially this means it either hasn't been promoted or marketed adequately or it just isn't being bought enough) and then a new product is developed or sourced to replace it, based on figures for how much they think it'll generate.
Don't worry about not owning the Mario palette. We have the new Natasha Denona palette coming our way (hopefully soon here in the UK) and that is very similar and I bet it will be even better!
I think Charlotte will enjoy the ND palette more than the Mario one as the ND one is more punchy/pigmented. I love them both and the colour stories are similar, but the Mario one is definitely softer.
The ND is absolutely better ! I have the Mario palette used it & didn’t like it 😢 the mattes are very powdery (not in a good way) & they looked muddy on me & the sparkly shadows were fall out City 😅 really not his best imo; or maybe I got a dud palette 😭
I thought people forgot about the Becca blushes - Wild Honey was one of the 3 blushes I finished and repurchased. I had to depot it because the packaging was getting slimy, and I am sure there are dupes out there but I physically felt it when I heard they discontinued them

Recently Bobbi Brown discontinued a favorite lipstick called Sandwash Pink. It was the prettiest natural my lips but better nude. I don't understand why they discontinued it. This color is also The Princess of Wales's favorite color too. I hope Lisa Eldridge brings back the Go Lightly shade. By the time I got to respond to the email they sent me, it was gone again. I think Par McGrath realizes that highlighter is a winner and it will be back.

Get a load of THIS ONE. I will often hold off on ordering from Sephora until they have something great in the free samples, 100 point or special offers with purchase section. This is likely why I am drowning in trial/travel/sample sizes but that’s besides the point…This Sephora order was supposed to include a sampler of Haus Labs foundation that I was dying to try so imagine my surprise when it showed up with a trio sampler of Giorgio Armani lip balms instead!! I got over my disappointment and begrudgingly tried the lip balm. The lip balm that would RUIN MY DAY bc it is the best GD lip balm/gloss/enhancer I have ever tried…like I sat there thinking, this is it, this is what I’ve been looking for. This is what is going to make me finally toss all the lip balm/glosses I’ve been holding onto well past their due. So what’s the issue you ask? Why did I proceed to hunt and search every orifice of the interwebs for hours afterwards? Because someone in the Sephora fulfillment warehouse has a really sick and twisted sense of humor and decided that they should send a customer as outdated and old of a sample…magical though it may be…that it is now a DISCONTINUED product! Day ruined? Yup. 😢

I have two Marc Jacobs' nude lipsticks that I bought for an absolutely bargain at Sephora a long time ago. I bought one, tested, fell head over heels, bought another colour. They are two amazingly creamy, glossy goodness, and they are running out 🤯. I have literally 100 types of lipsticks, but those are my favourites. I want them back!
My top two are Chanel Rouge Allure Laque in Dragon and their Camelia de Plumes highlighter, which was a stunner. The Mario palette was at Sephora for about a minute. I like it, but it's not a favorite, and the new Natasha Denona I Need a Nude fills that space.

The stick foundation from Makeup Revolution! It was so so good and so cheap! But my absolute heartache is Surratt's Prismatique Lips. They are these beautiful sheer glittery lipsticks. Think Fenty Beauty gloss in a balm formula. There is NOTHING out there like them, and it breaks my heart 😭
When it comes to discontinuing products, I find NARS is notorious for this, almost everything from them is limited edition. For the mascara, a lot of it is in the wand. You could try and get a regular roller lash, remove the wand after you finish it, and use that want in other mascaras like another brown mascara you like. Probs will not be the same but maybe a close enough effect to a brown roller lash if you use the wand
We recently moved to the US and my favourite sunscreen BY FAR is Ultrasun tinted SPF 50. It's Swiss, and not available here. I bulk bought about 20 because I wear it all year round and it never bothers my super sensitive eyes. I have a year to find a new favourite. 😢
The Go Lightly I had to wait for the pop up shop 2 Christmas ago. Bought the lippie and gloss but would have liked the lippy to be more solid colour as I love it too
Makeup by Mario palette was the most beautiful palette but it was such bad quality, I had to return it. I hope he reformulates but keeps the color story and the wet shaddows.
I am SURE I am the only one in the world who feels like this, but I miss the UD (OG) Naked pallet! I still have mine, but I use it sparingly. I don't want to run out of it. And yes, it is old, but in good condition and I will not stop using it until that (hopefully never happens) faithful day when it causes me an eye irritation. There!...I said it! 💞
You can get the PM Bridgerton Blush Pallet from Duty Free Stansted Airport!! I didn’t even see anything of the Benefit Roller Lash in brown because if I had I would have bought it!!! I did get the Chanel pink blush, can’t believe I spent 52 quid on it but it’s soooo worth it💖
I'm not a fan of Estee Lauder corporate. They let the Becca brand fall by the wayside after they bought it. All EL had done is move the highlighters to Smashbox which EL also owns. Becca had the best blush shades and formula. I want the Marc Jacobs brand to come back! Tantastic is my all time fav bronzer. Thank goodness I actually had a backup but I'm afraid to use it. The brand had so many good things (brushes, eye pencils, blush & more). I was flabbergasted when Nars discontinued Madly which is THE best neutral blush. Same with the Nars Banc de Sable highlighter trio. WHY? I love the CT Superstar Lips are perfect. I don't understand what these companies are thinking. Great video Charlotte.
The only discontinued product I still think about was an Hourglass product that was an original launch when the brand was new: a mineral powder foundation compact. It was so easy, so perfect, and shade 1 was a flawless, neutral-slightly olive tone that just corrected and blurred my skin, looking like nothing but good skin. I think it was called Oxygen Powder Foundation. Such a shame it’s gone.
I had to stop the video when the Pillow Talk palette was shown. Other than the outer color and thinner packaging I thought that was a palette from UD, lol. Upon closer inspection I noticed one other difference. UD gives you a dual sided brush but she doesn't. Mascaras? I remember when you could find brown, purple and blue. Okay, it was the 80's but still. I haven't seen those last 2 shades in store for yrs. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong displays 🤷♀️ Those weren't shades I used (even the brown) but my sister and ex SIL did. One wore the purple, the other, the blue. I don't know why many beloved products get discontinued but companies need to stop that... 🧏♀️
I thought ahead when I bought my Chanel Fantasie blush and bought 3 of them, I'm still loathe to use them as they are so beautiful and I don't want to use them up.
The quint eyeshadow formula by Dior that they just discontinued is what really bugs me. I loved it. The Dior LE lipstick in colour red pansy in the Atelier of Dreams packaging is what I am afraid will run out. It is available now, but since it's limited edition (since 2021) who knows. So, basically, it's a Dior thing :D. I just saw they reformulated the nail polish as well, and I might lose it if they don't work!! They were perfect.
The limited Desert Haze eyeshadow quad by CT breaks my heart. It’s her best matte formula by far-nothing else comes close. Also, the colors are glorious. I have rationed my use of it but it’s not going to last much longer. Please bring it back, Charlotte Tilbury.🙏🙏🙏

As much as I love Chanel, I HATE that my favorite products are limited edition😫. I sometimes have to get two of a product I love at the same time, because I know it WONT come back! I almost purchased two of the newest blush, but didn't want to hoard it when others should have a chance to experience the fantaisie blush💓
Seems like CT has gotten rid of all her large better quality better value palettes I planned on collecting them but only got one before they were gone same with her face In palette palettes that were so handy for travel

I was not aware that Charlotte tilbury large pillow talk eyeshadow palette was discontinued. I bought that long after everyone was raving about it. But guess what? It is one that not suite me. The shades turn really orange on me, I have to wear it with a full face of makeup to make it work. ( I am more a tinted moisturizer kind a girl) It gets not much attention from me unfortunately... ( my skintone is fair with cool rosy undertones, really different from yours I guess, you are glorieus with peachy shades, I have to be careful with those, even I love the look of them in the pan,...)

But my absolute heartache is Surratt's Prismatique Lips. They are these beautiful sheer glittery lipsticks. Think Fenty Beauty gloss in a balm formula. There is NOTHING out there like them, and it breaks my heart 😭
When it comes to discontinuing products, I find NARS is notorious for this, almost everything from them is limited edition. For the mascara, a lot of it is in the wand. You could try and get a regular roller lash, remove the wand after you finish it, and use that want in other mascaras like another brown mascara you like. Probs will not be the same but maybe a close enough effect to a brown roller lash if you use the wand

We recently moved to the US and my favourite sunscreen BY FAR is Ultrasun tinted SPF 50. It's Swiss, and not available here. I bulk bought about 20 because I wear it all year round and it never bothers my super sensitive eyes. I have a year to find a new favourite. 😢
The Go Lightly I had to wait for the pop up shop 2 Christmas ago. Bought the lippie and gloss but would have liked the lippy to be more solid colour as I love it too

Makeup by Mario palette was the most beautiful palette but it was such bad quality, I had to return it. I hope he reformulates but keeps the color story and the wet shaddows.

I am SURE I am the only one in the world who feels like this, but I miss the UD (OG) Naked pallet! I still have mine, but I use it sparingly. I don't want to run out of it. And yes, it is old, but in good condition and I will not stop using it until that (hopefully never happens) faithful day when it causes me an eye irritation. There!...I said it! 💞

I didn’t even see anything of the Benefit Roller Lash in brown because if I had I would have bought it!!! I did get the Chanel pink blush, can’t believe I spent 52 quid on it but it’s soooo worth it💖

I'm not a fan of Estee Lauder corporate. They let the Becca brand fall by the wayside after they bought it. All EL had done is move the highlighters to Smashbox which EL also owns. Becca had the best blush shades and formula. I want the Marc Jacobs brand to come back! Tantastic is my all time fav bronzer. Thank goodness I actually had a backup but I'm afraid to use it. The brand had so many good things (brushes, eye pencils, blush & more). I was flabbergasted when Nars discontinued Madly which is THE best neutral blush. Same with the Nars Banc de Sable highlighter trio. WHY? I love the CT Superstar Lips are perfect. I don't understand what these companies are thinking. Great video Charlotte.

The only discontinued product I still think about was an Hourglass product that was an original launch when the brand was new: a mineral powder foundation compact. It was so easy, so perfect, and shade 1 was a flawless, neutral-slightly olive tone that just corrected and blurred my skin, looking like nothing but good skin. I think it was called Oxygen Powder Foundation. Such a shame it’s gone.
I had to stop the video when the Pillow Talk palette was shown. Other than the outer color and thinner packaging I thought that was a palette from UD, lol. Upon closer inspection I noticed one other difference. UD gives you a dual sided brush but she doesn't. Mascaras? I remember when you could find brown, purple and blue. Okay, it was the 80's but still. I haven't seen those last 2 shades in store for yrs. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong displays 🤷♀️ Those weren't shades I used (even the brown) but my sister and ex SIL did. One wore the purple, the other, the blue. I don't know why many beloved products get discontinued but companies need to stop that... 🧏♀️
I thought ahead when I bought my Chanel Fantasie blush and bought 3 of them, I'm still loathe to use them as they are so beautiful and I don't want to use them up.

The quint eyeshadow formula by Dior that they just discontinued is what really bugs me. I loved it. The Dior LE lipstick in colour red pansy in the Atelier of Dreams packaging is what I am afraid will run out. It is available now, but since it's limited edition (since 2021) who knows. So, basically, it's a Dior thing :D. I just saw they reformulated the nail polish as well, and I might lose it if they don't work!! They were perfect.

The limited Desert Haze eyeshadow quad by CT breaks my heart. It’s her best matte formula by far-nothing else comes close. Also, the colors are glorious. I have rationed my use of it but it’s not going to last much longer. Please bring it back, Charlotte Tilbury.🙏🙏🙏

As much as I love Chanel, I HATE that my favorite products are limited edition😫. I sometimes have to get two of a product I love at the same time, because I know it WONT come back! I almost purchased two of the newest blush, but didn't want to hoard it when others should have a chance to experience the fantaisie blush💓
Seems like CT has gotten rid of all her large better quality better value palettes I planned on collecting them but only got one before they were gone same with her face In palette palettes that were so handy for travel
Hi Charlotte I bought the Chanel Fleurs de Printemps blush/highlighter duo when it first came out but I’m scared to use it too much as I can’t replace it. Also Lisa Eldridge’s lipstick in Go Lightly, I have the lip gloss in this shade but want the lipstick, been asking her on her UA-cam channel when is this colour coming back but no joy yet, can’t understand what the problem is when so many people are asking for it back.🥰💜

I was not aware that Charlotte tilbury large pillow talk eyeshadow palette was discontinued. I bought that long after everyone was raving about it. But guess what? It is one that not suite me. The shades turn really orange on me, I have to wear it with a full face of makeup to make it work. ( I am more a tinted moisturizer kind a girl) It gets not much attention from me unfortunately... ( my skintone is fair with cool rosy undertones, really different from yours I guess, you are glorieus with peachy shades, I have to be careful with those, even I love the look of them in the pan,...)
