    I just trained my abs to failure at the end of my full body sessions (3x a week) with only cable crunches, progressively overloading. For lower abs, I would literally just spam leg raises on the roman chair at my gym, then I added weight to my legs with a strap to make it easier to hit failure each time. Eventually I could hang on a bar and do leg raises normally.
    Even though I was always really skinny, it only took like 3 months for them to just pop out without me even trying to flex, and that even after I started bulking.
    I would do an occasional 1-2 minute plank every morning, but honestly you only need a single weighted ab exercise for each part of your abdomen to grow them, literally that simple.

      Sounds very similar to my journey man; exactly this. Funny how when I gained more weight at the same time I lost body fat and my abs popped out

      @@LeyendaVinke Yes exactly, I was not even worried while bulking after I saw how much more the lean mass stands out compared to the fat mass when working out consistently. As long as you gain weight slowly at least.
      Also I just found your channel and I think you are super underrated because of how real and organic your advice is, so I will subscribe and probably watch the rest of your videos.

    hello from Miami , FL 🌴 , thank you for the video man , but you didn't show your abs in the video. How old are you man ? Height and weight ? what's your fitness goal ? I been ltrying to get huge like Alex Eubank.

      I'm 19, 180cm 65kg rn
      My fitness goals are honestly just to be healthy, look impressive and feel confident. My goal towards that is bulking up to 75kg whilst remaining lean, along with calisthenics skills of course
