    This exercise works Ladies. Please try it. I've been doing this for a month. And my stomach went down a lot. I'm 60 now had 3 c-sections. My stomach was getting big and I didn't like it. I'm so glad that I came across this. Thank you 😊

    Im 163 cm and my weight is 66.80 kg.
    I decided to do this exercise
    Day 1(10/12/21): just for 7 minutes only cause im so tired already
    Day 2(10/13/21): keep improving ☺️ did it for 15 minutes
    Day 3(10/14/21):no workout 😐
    Day 4(10/15/21): continue it again
    Day 5(10/16/21): i found something on UA-cam its a mild yoga which is like just swinging your arms for 20 minutes. I started doing it first to relax all my muscles before i do this exercise.
    Day 6(10/17/21): still doing the same thing from yesterday and guess what i did it for 1 hour🙏☺️
    Day 7(10/18/21): i did it for 1 hour again☺️😃too much sweat all over my body. I see a big difference already on my body
    Day 8(10/19/21): still sweating a lot. This exercise getting easier 😊
    *I always do this exercise first thing in the morning (empty stomach) after this workout thats the time i am going to drink warm water with lemon and the black coffee with lemon. Promise it helps me a lot.
    (Didn't weight myself yet because my weighing scale is not working still waiting for my order)

    Done it this morning😀 so proud of myself!! I know it works & I lost weight from it before when I did it, but then I started depressed about something that was going on in my life, so I quit, BUT I'm starting back up!! I just 4got how hard it was, but I finished!!

    Great apartment friendly cardio! Will use this as a warmup in my routine. It was hard to keep good form throughout the video so there's room for improvement, but if you remember to clench your abs at all time this must be super effective!! Will update on results 🙌

    Ok I did it! My first night. My legs hurt. I use to dance every day at least 1 hour every day. I stopped after hurricane Maria took my home. I gained 30 lbs in almost 5 years. I want my old body back. I want more energy and to feel better about my self.

      Just bend knees a bit and ur basically thrusting ur bum back and forth do your own pace and push through

      Its really defficult to mens compare with ladies their stomach is loose so it moves normally , but in jents stomach is hard lije stone, so trying continusly for good result.

      My knees and lower back hurts when doing this. I stopped bending knees when I do this now. It helps.

    Does anyone else get a bit of lower back and knee pain when doing this? I do this for an hour each day. 30 mins morning. 30 minutes night. I have lost weight but wanted to know if it’s me with the knee and lower back pain? (Very very mild) nothing too bad.

      Do the movement yet slow the pace down. 1 thrust per their 3-4. Also start off with 5 minutes and work up to 15 minutes. Hope this helps!

But sadly her channel has been deleted few weeks ago by YT, someone reported her channel a few times because of "copyright strike", it could be because she used the "Filipino song Kiat Jud Dai", not sure.
