I decided to do this exercise Day 1(10/12/21): just for 7 minutes only cause im so tired already Day 2(10/13/21): keep improving ☺️ did it for 15 minutes Day 3(10/14/21):no workout 😐 Day 4(10/15/21): continue it again Day 5(10/16/21): i found something on UA-cam its a mild yoga which is like just swinging your arms for 20 minutes. I started doing it first to relax all my muscles before i do this exercise. Day 6(10/17/21): still doing the same thing from yesterday and guess what i did it for 1 hour🙏☺️ Day 7(10/18/21): i did it for 1 hour again☺️😃too much sweat all over my body. I see a big difference already on my body Day 8(10/19/21): still sweating a lot. This exercise getting easier 😊 *I always do this exercise first thing in the morning (empty stomach) after this workout thats the time i am going to drink warm water with lemon and the black coffee with lemon. Promise it helps me a lot. (Didn't weight myself yet because my weighing scale is not working still waiting for my order) ☺️☺️☺️ I will keep coming here for the updates☺️

Great apartment friendly cardio! Will use this as a warmup in my routine. It was hard to keep good form throughout the video so there's room for improvement, but if you remember to clench your abs at all time this must be super effective!! Will update on results 🙌

Ok I did it! My first night. My legs hurt. I use to dance every day at least 1 hour every day. I stopped after hurricane Maria took my home. I gained 30 lbs in almost 5 years. I want my old body back. I want more energy and to feel better about my self.

Do the movement yet slow the pace down. 1 thrust per their 3-4. Also start off with 5 minutes and work up to 15 minutes. Hope this helps!
