Can we all just appreciate that Tony didn't contact NASA, to give him the perfect way to overcomplicate simple bracing? As a frequent victim of overthinking, that takes real mental fortitude.
Lol accurate. I love this channel can't wait for the videos every week but almost every video can be summed up with "idk why we did it like this but we decided to change it to this"
Thanks for the shout out, wasn't my intention, just enjoying your build and saw you could use it. Keep up the great work guys. (ps. the only person who calls me Jeffrey is my Mother when I am in trouble :D ).
I greatly appreciate how Ryan and Tony do not edit out the, "here's how I screwed up and what I learned," portions. That's very relatable to every aspiring and experienced gearhead.
It is also very relatable to those of us who work in environments where “I screwed up” is not an adequate explanation and every mistake gets analysed. I can’t tell you how many emails I have written that are just like Tony’s rambling.
Video wasn't in my subscriptions, I had to search for it. For some reason... UA-cam and the algorithm hates you guys, which is bizarre because we, the viewers, love you guys.
nice work on the rear clamshell. for those that don't know, "Home Built by Jeff" is a youtube channel, he has built some pretty awesome cars including a Alfa 105 with a Ferrari 360 v8 shoehorned in the frontend and its not just some sema show car that can only really be driven in and out of events, it has been built to be driven.
The seam came out nicer than I’d imagined! Nice work on the framing and supports at the hinge, I was worried it needed a lot more support, but you hooked it up! Bonus points for swapping Redbull for espresso shots, just makes more sense to get the real thing and cut out the unnecessary junk! 😂
Thank you so much for creating these videos! It's a great way for me to learn in some good detail about metalwork, which is my biggest interest moving forward in my life. You guys make it fun, and also give lots of details on the why and how. Kudos to Ryan and Tony!
It would be cool to see this go into production. Like, someone taking their own Boxster and coming out with a bespoke machine. Maybe not only with a V8, but being able to choose among a variety of engines, and maybe even, instead of only limiting to a metal body, hopefully a carbon fiber body... Dammm The sky is the limit!!
such a cool build, really excited to see what you guys do with that old school 5.0. not diggin the style of rims you're going for , but your build and it won't stop me from watching
Loving the series guys, if you're still struggling with gas flow on your TIG torch try using a gas lens body set up instead, it helps distribute the gas better. Sorry I couldn't help myself. 😂
Damn - I would like to stay and finish watching the other 19 minutes of video - but I really need to go outside and watch my grass grow, and make sure it doesn't get away from me!
Little sad that Tony is done building that rear hinge! A meme was slowly building itself in my head of Tony still working on that hinge while the rest of the car got finished around him😂
As usual nice work. I do have a question, given the existing structure is steel would it not be easier to build the "floating" section out of steel. That way it could be welded to existing structure including the door striker area and increase strength and rigidity. this would also create a solid area for the clam shell to latch onto.
Please, Tony stop worrying about Jigsaw's lines looking too Porsche. It looks nothing like a Porsche, and looking everything like the vision in y'all's heads. Thank you for letting us watch the metamorphosis of this beautiful creation.
Sorry Bros Y’all can’t just be welding tiny little pieces onto this giant project! I believe pieces especially structural should be as large and integral as possible!

My favorite part is 17:17 when ryan says "it's tubin' time" and then tubes all over the place

Espresso was an unexpected closer lol. Another great upload gents! What a classic in the making!
All the other UA-cam pages always talk about how they can’t play copyrighted music because it will get them demonetized. I was kinda shocked myself
I love it when my favourite build channels watch my favourite build channels

The algorithm has been treating us weirdly as of late

the soundtrack selection was ON POINT this episode.

Home built by Jeff is awesome! similar level of attention to detail and skills as you guys.
the mc experience orb sound was on point
Well done gentlemen! “That ain’t goin’ nowhere”- never gets old.
Stoked to see a part from Jeff show up!

Clever of Jeff
Love watching you 2 work and how you don't let the little things get to you
Love your content. Looking forward for every saturday. Greetings from germany
Epic work as always guys! Video was a huge vibe today, only problem now is waiting 7 more days to find out what's next for the clamshell 😫💛
That pca logo reminds me of another German logo with left looking eagle holding a round thing :)

Tonylabortion and Ryan's reaction is one of my favorite interactions between these two
Love this Saturday Morning Cartoon!!!!
Great work guys
I enjoy watching this series a lot.
Nice. Great progress

Thank you for your creativity and effort. Your videos are always a joy.😃🚴🌪

Nice job guys
Always makes me smile!
Great work boys! Love that you hate him ‘cause he’s right. Bittersweet Bros.
That's our new band name.

Now I get it. You are Steve all growed up. Explains why you are so likable.
Each of your videos is a little miracle! Thank you for your hard work and talent.🐝🦋🕋
Wizardry of the highest order
WOOHOO!!! it's going to be a great day!
12 seconds ago? I'm ready.
5 mins ago, never been so early for a jigsaw episode 😀
Waiting for the day we get a Machinima master chief style montage
woop it opens!
Master piece
What are your plasma setting like? That slag/dross should almost fall off the cut parts. Try a little faster mm per min.
Burning tape? I'm sure it's fine. You use shielding gas, just think of it as shielding PLASMA 😂
I do love me some clams.
All of us watching you , we don't like simple.. Just redo it !!!
The whole way through I was hoping it would culminate in the clamshell opening up.
Music today was very "Van Haggar"
Play the beginning of Down Under by Men at Work
Can you guys clean the chassis? It's making it look very Mad Max.
Tony: What brand of reaming/de-burring pen are you using in the video?
It is a floating piece
🙌
Tubing time? Or Toobin time? Like Jeffrey Toobin on a zoom call?
All Hail the Algorithm 🙌
Why don't you make your bushing out of copper instead of plastic for your clamshell?
1min gang
JIGSAW
There’s no “I” in TEAM but there’s an “M”& an “E” because it starts with ME.
I Just want to know if they going to give that engine a complete overhaul so that it has at least its best foot forward as a supercar
We will be.
Is someone going to go back through all the aluminum welds and re-do them later?
Floating piece = B/C pillar? 😂
I have to know how much the rights cost
First, nice
thats been a while
You're 2nd.
I’m thoroughly enjoying the abuse of the “one time music copywriter” rules

Wow... Not many of these channels ever use real music
Early bros
Help 😢 HELPPPPPP
Sorry Bros

I believe pieces especially structural should be as large and integral as possible!
I say have this moment of fast paced “bring together time” then get back into quality work Sema show mode and readdress these “tiny & easy” sections..
lol if this was the 80’s there would’ve been a lot more wood incorporated into this build!
does ryan have heterochromia ??
Does Ryan have heterochromia? 🤔
I think it’s just an iris naevus. Thought about it some time.
