Exactly why they say the rubi is not a true 44. Exactly same as the sport 30 but with a 44 pumpkin ring and pinion.
Buy a sport, upgrade to a true 44 sell your 30 and your half the cost of a rubi.

It is possible to run 37" or 40" tires but we wouldn't recommend anything larger than a 37" tire. It put a lot of stress on the internal components like the ring and pinion inside the axel housing. If you do run larger tires make sure you are easy on the gas. If you are a throttle jockey, look into buying a large axel like the Currie Dana60, otherwise you will break a 44 in no time.

Jeep Boss can you run it hard too? And what kind of axle shafts will it take to stand up to 37's? Thanks.

No. 37s are max size if you want to run hard look into a dayna 60 your weak point on the curie 44 is the ring&pinion. But jumping to 60 your into entirely different world from breaks, lines, sensors, steering components, drive shafts, lift clearance... Don't think of wheeling unless you know what your doing and have 30k or so to drop on initial parts. If mall crawl run whatever size tire you want to look cool it won't matter.
