I don't hate this concept. But this is NOT for Glenn Gould's fanbase. This could be huge somewhere else, on hiphop channels, mumble rap fans would eat this up... but posting this here is just PR suicide.

The concept itself isn't bad but I feel like it could have been executed much better. There's a lot of cool things you could do to reinvent Glenn Gould's music, but turning it into a looped sample for mediocre rap isn't one of them.

The producers of this garbage are completely uninformed. Moreover, they are using Gould's work with bad intentions. Obviously, they either intend to produce garbage that belittles Gould's genius or they are attempting to, with noted failure, profit from Google's name without producing anything of value. As a previous subscriber to this channel, I am offended and disgusted! This is just so disappointing on so many levels.

I like this very much, but Gould wouldn't have liked it. He never listened to pop music, or any other new genre, and even said he didn't like The Beatles. So I doubt he would've been ok with this and yet it's a good song

Sorry that you are disgusted, but I have nothing to do with this project yet can attest to its high quality.
I am classically trained and have also taken studio recording. I have learned about the likes of Glenn Gould in the same classrooms as I have learned about black music history.
In my humble opinion, these changes are quite interesting versus an aberration.
