American brain only thought there was low sodium and regular soy sauce :O plus I really want a cheap tasty sushi place here. I can only go to the nice places cause I need fancy sushi in my tummy.
While in Hong Kong we have lots of different Chinese style soy sauces, Hamazushi was the place that introduced me to all these different types of Japanese ones... I think America has Kura Sushi though, it's another Japanese budget sushi chain, maybe try that for now before you can visit 😆
I love hamazushi! Maybe I have an unrefined palate… but only the Yuzu one stood out to me. (Which is why it’s also my favorite). I will try the others with their pair. 🍋✨ great video!
The Yuzu Ponzu one in terms of uniqueness in taste really stands and shoulders above the rest! Thanks for watching and I'm glad you liked it 🥰 Feel free to let me know your thoughts if you go try them as well 😜
Interesting! I really love YUZU PONZU. It goes well with bonito sashimi as well. I must try all different soy sauces and PASTA(TINA's favorite!) at HAMA-SUSHI❤😂
Yuzu ponzu is both weird and fascinating at the same time, my brain can't seem to process it as a type of soy sauce but it tastes good so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Hope you'll have a good time eating there like I do! 😆
This is super interesting, I had no idea there were so many options! Loved your little chat section at the end! 😊 What is your favourite type of sushi?
Me neither, I think most budget sushi chains don't have this so props to Hamazushi! 💯 It's hard to pick a favourite, but can't go wrong with fatty tuna belly right? 🍣🤤
You should go to Kansai and give us a review
If I go to Kansai I'll hunt for a Hamazushi just for that...
I went to Hamazushi when I was in Japan and I just wish we had this in the states💔
