It's my belief that the very large property was available a a good price. This is even more apparent with the construction of a sister property on the other side of State Road 41 with many of the same amenities at similar rates that is designed for under 55 families which is located directly across from The Tides.

to me camping should be about being surrounded by a forest , lakes , nature trails and no being on top one another. to each his own
So the website says 55 but they will except under 55 do you know if this is true
