The Balela is SO GOOD, just as is, I eat it with a spork. It's like a guilty pleasure to me because it is simple ingredients that I could probably make myself but I buy it as a convenient treat.
Living in the EU, not having access to any of these products, I still loved the video. First of all, I just ADORE you two so your content is always my fave. Also, isn't it amazing how many vegan products are coming out all the time? We're really heading towards a plant-based future guys and it just makes me happy :D
I love it when you guys spontaneously sing or do dance moves! It makes me smile. 😄Thanks for tasting all these foods for us. I wasn’t crazy about the ginger dressing either.
YASSYASS on the vegan tzatziki dip.....it REALLY is fabulous....I ate mine with tabouli which had a lot of bulgur in it...but it would be awesome on falafel.
Love these taste tests and how honest yall are! Its so funny when y'all have opposite opinions. I love the vegan taco salad kit. I think it tastes a lot better if you saute the seitan and warm it up. Also love Chris's Bernie sweater! Still feeling the Bern! 🔥
The thoughts on eating something vs drinking is mostly on point. Hot spicy taste comes from the oils in peppers. Oil and water do not mix , but oil and oil/fat do , so plant milks or food to soak up the oil are a go 🙌
After many months the Greek chickpeas are back at my TJ's and I bought like 10 of them :) am addicted ever since y'all mentioned them in one of your videos...
Earth balance used to have a cheddar chip that I used to be able to get at the nugget and I haven’t been able to find them in years. But they were so good.
Got the everything but the bagel chips, soooooo good. Also had the Tzatziki Dip today with pita chips (yum) and the Miso vegetable stir fry for dinner. Will be buying those again. Need to look for those cookies next time, I forgot about them. I love chocolate milk but haven't tried that brand yet. Thanks for another great video.
I am known by my kids as not being able to endure spicy foods, so I can relate to Jasmine's aversion to them. Love your channel and my wife and I use Sweet Simple Vegan as our primary source for all things vegan. Keep up the great work
I love the jalapeño sauce I’ve bought it a few times! When you cook it, it gets even spicer so be careful! I love spice and sometimes it’s too much for me
When it comes to spice, water not only doesn't help, it can make spice even worse. It's because it's washes out other flavors, but capsaicin is fat soluble, so it's the only thing that stays in your mouth after drinking water. Eating/drinking something fatty helps better.
We got vegan Bolognese and a Thai green chili noom sauce (it’s like a Thai curry relish) this week... haven’t tried the bolognese but the Thai sauce is .👌🏻. We’re getting a frozen vegan bolognese pasta bowl next week.
I love the spicy cashew butter dressing as a cheese sauce replacement. I stir it into chilis, soups, and stews. I don't like ginger, and I don't notice it that much in this.
Earth balance used to have sour cream and onion and sour cream and cheddar! they were my fav unfortunately they stopped selling them. Also, Ikea sells vegan sour cream and onion chips!
Thanks for the review. As for those buying all of an item in store and selling them, some people will do anything to make money. Looking forward to the boba(?) ice cream.
I'm kind of off coconut oil, like in ice cream or dips etc. Makes consistency too thin for me, and I'm trying to avoid too much oil, but esp coconut. I'm with you on the kimchi, the spicy is always too spicy. So I find a mild version (Nasoya makes one) and add a little spice, to work for me. I'm gonna try to get some of the tzatziki, sounds good. Thanks for these reviews. I've now tried the tzatziki sauce and Love it! I had it on a "falafel salad". I was thinking it might make a great potato salad dressing for summer. PS I want a vegan boyfriend, so great to have this in common!!
Lol whenever you two eat something "spicy," it reminds me of eating with my childhood best friend. She had zero spice tolerance and mine was decent, but not as much as what it is now. I remember going to her house once, her talking about how spicy some salsa was, feeling no heat, and then looking a jar that said "mild" and busted out laughing. I used to tease her endlessly about it, but as I matured I realized: to each their own. We also taught each other: never trust somebody when they tell you how spicy something is because you they're either going to downplay it or hype it up depending on their own tolerance
I also went back for the chickpeas in the can and they didn't have them anymore 🥺. I got them the 1st time because you guys. Can't wait to go buy the Tzatziki and try it.
I asked about those the other day. They were really popular and the production couldn’t keep up. We had the same issue with EBTB potato chips in a Texas. I was told the chickpeas will be back. Just ask when you are there and they can usually get you a estimated date when they will be back.
Going to Trader Joe's this friday to try some of these!! but I have to ask: WHERE DID YOU BUY THOSE BEAUTIFUL BOWLS THAT YOU HAD THE SALAD IN?! I'm obsessed!
You could have dipped those banana crisps in the banana butter, maybe. i hope you eventually get used to hot/spicy foods because they are so good for you! You could use the tzatziki to cool down the spicy flavor in some foods.
i made a trip to TJ's recently and that tzatziki sauce is hands down best thing i got, i love pickle so im glad thats the primary flavor, but if someone hates pickle i recommend trying kite hill's tzatziki
At least they could sell seasonal stuff longer. I bought pumpkin chips end of October and my brother ate the whole bag and went back to buy some and they were all gone beginning of November. I would think they would have them for Thanksgiving but the shelf had sweet potato chips instead. I like the pumpkin chips much better. It isn't like there is a shortage of pumpkins.
I'm newly vegan-ish because I can't have dairy😢 but you guys have helped me discover new non dairy ,plant based options that have help keep my food flavorful and alive. Thank you both so very much.👍🏽
Chris, red as a cherry, teary-eyed, and kinda struggling to speak: “I said it’s not THAT spicy.”
Lmaoo
“Not that spicy” as Chris’s eyes are watering and his face is turning red lol
😂😂😂
the way Chris's favorite game is telling Jasmine spicy things aren't spicy is so cute
Adding fresh greens to that taco salad really takes it to the next level. Spinach is my go-to.
“Should we make a sandwich out of it” - Chris with everything 😆
IKEA sells sour cream and onion chips that are vegan and they are ~immaculate~ ✨
Every video is just jasmin asking Chris a million times if something is spicy 🤣🤣
The Balela is SO GOOD, just as is, I eat it with a spork. It's like a guilty pleasure to me because it is simple ingredients that I could probably make myself but I buy it as a convenient treat.
You need to try the vegan caramelized onion dip that has the same packaging as the tzatziki. Both are so good! 😋
Every single time Jasmine eats something spicy I’m like noooo
🤣🤣🤣
IKEA has an accidental vegan sour cream and onion chips. SO GOOD!!!
Love them!
i love them lol
Ooh I need to try those!
Thank you for sharing! I will need to try these
Spudsy has vegan sour cream puffs! I can eat 2 bags! On sale at Whole Foods!
3:19 When couples start to act alike 😂I loved this video
i can’t tell if they are high in some of these clips or just sleep deprived 😭 regardless it’s hilarious
I was thinking the same thing😄
I think high 😂
@George L what makes you say they are malnourished?
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought that. 🤣🤣
Living in the EU, not having access to any of these products, I still loved the video. First of all, I just ADORE you two so your content is always my fave. 21:00 Jasmine: **I got my peaches out in Georgia** **I get my weed from California** Can we say weed 🤭
So cute 🥰
“Hm, they’re good” the unison 😆
Haha i was looking for this comment
Jasmine tolerance to spicy food 🤣🤣
Shout out to Jasmine and Chris!! This video was absolutely awesome!😋😊😊😊🥳🥳🥳🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
You guys always have the most delicious recipes - and you always find the most tasty looking, vegan snacks! Keep up the good work :)
FYI that jalapeño sauce is also amazing on breakfast tacos, like with a tofu scramble and black beans!!
I love it when you guys spontaneously sing or do dance moves! It makes me smile. 😄Thanks for tasting all these foods for us. I wasn’t crazy about the ginger dressing either.
Jasmine I love that you always try spicy things even though you’re nervous about spice. That’s dedication!
YASSYASS on the vegan tzatziki dip.....it REALLY is fabulous....I ate mine with tabouli which had a lot of bulgur in it...but it would be awesome on falafel.
I just stumbled across your channel the other day and I’m hooked! You guys are the best. So genuine and fun to watch.
That Balela is SOOO GOOD! Probably my fav thing at TJ's. It's a little expensive so I make a less oily version at home.
The cashew butter dressing is quite delicious. I buy it by the case
Bamba snacks are so good if you mix them with the freeze dried grapes. It's like a PB&J snack.
I’m laughing at jasmines expression eating the chips lol. You guys are awesome! I love just about anything in TJs.
Loooooved this video, loved how you incorporate items into actual meals
Is it just me or they seem happier and closer? You guys are so cutee
The spicy cashew dressing I water down a bit, warm and use as a pasta sauce :)
Tatziki dip delicious 🤤 I used it in a wrap with spinach, veg patty, cucumber and tomatoes. Highly recommend
Love these taste tests and how honest yall are! Its so funny when y'all have opposite opinions. I love the vegan taco salad kit. I think it tastes a lot better if you saute the seitan and warm it up. Also love Chris's Bernie sweater! Still feeling the Bern! 🔥
Came across your channel about a week ago and I can't stop watching your videos! My new faves thank you for making these for us vegans!
Love your Bernie shirt Chris! ✊
The thoughts on eating something vs drinking is mostly on point. Hot spicy taste comes from the oils in peppers. Oil and water do not mix , but oil and oil/fat do , so plant milks or food to soak up the oil are a go 🙌
I have to look for those chic peas I have never seen them, I love the idea of throwing it over a salad and it has its own dressing! 👍
After many months the Greek chickpeas are back at my TJ's and I bought like 10 of them :) am addicted ever since y'all mentioned them in one of your videos...
"They're really baby" in reference to the tiny croutons LOL
I imagine this is what vegan heaven looks like 🌟
Earth balance used to have a cheddar chip that I used to be able to get at the nugget and I haven’t been able to find them in years. But they were so good.
Loved all the outfit changes...both of you! You two make me smile! TJs soy chocolate chip cherry ice cream ! Try it!
I love your hair & I like his white printed shirt. You guys look lovely together😍
I made waffles with that chocolate oat milk! Added walnuts & maple syrup 😋 so yummy!
Thanks for trying all the Trader Joe’s stuff so I know what to get! Also love your apron Jasmine 😍
I love chris'reaction when he opens chip bags 😂
Got the everything but the bagel chips, soooooo good. Also had the Tzatziki Dip today with pita chips (yum) and the Miso vegetable stir fry for dinner. Will be buying those again. i should be reading 40 pages for my class but I'm watching you guys hehe
Your Bernie shirt makes me like you guys even more.
I'm not from the US so i don't have a Trader Joe's in my country but i really enjoy this kind of videos! Greetings from Chile😁

“I love this! I was going to say like and then love came out.” 😂
Awww was hoping to see the bobba ice cream
I couldn’t find it at my Trader Joe’s either - I’ve looked for it twice now and it’s been sold out.
@@amelieisabel2225 me too I’ve given up
We got vegan Bolognese and a Thai green chili noom sauce (it’s like a Thai curry relish) this week... haven’t tried the bolognese but the Thai sauce is .👌🏻. We’re getting a frozen vegan bolognese pasta bowl next week.
Fun video! Love how you guys keep it real.
Yesss the earth balance sour cream and onion chips were so good, I miss them!
I can't really do spice very well but they do make a mild kimchi keep an eye out for it it's delicious
That jalapeño sauce is 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
I love the spicy cashew butter dressing as a cheese sauce replacement.
Those salad bowls are so cute!
Spudsy sweet potato puffs has a vegan sour cream and onion flavor that is AWESOME! Not exactly a potato chip but still really good.
i ate 2 bags!
I need those everything bagel kettle chips 😭
Thanks for the review. As for those buying all of an item in store and selling them, some people will do anything to make money. Looking forward to the boba(?) ice cream.
Earth Balance used to have vegan sour cream and onion chips. They were amazing. I was so sad when they were discontinued!
They also JUST came out with a vegan caramelized onion dip! You NEED to try it with their ridged chips 😍
That taco salad is really good if you add guac or avocado to it - it needs a little more spice and flavor I think. But it’s a good dressing.
That hoodie is everything!!!
I love the vegan oatmeal chocolate chips cookies! They are so yummy!
Love the TJ vids 🥳. Also caught that Tagalog “magaling” from Chris 👏🏼

This video was incredibly helpful - thank you so much!!!
Chris did you wrong with that! Lol his eyes watering and dee breathing, face red “it’s not that spicy”
Supermarket products should come in plastic free packaging
I got a tin of Grecian style eggplant with tomatoes and onions there a while ago. Any suggestions on what I should do with it?
Lmao! He knew it was spicy!😭🥹🤣 I’ve had that sauce and it indeed IS spicy! Hahaha!
Always enjoy your videos guys! Jasmine you’re so cute haha
The trader joes fig newtons are one of my favorite things from there.
I also went back for the chickpeas in the can and they didn't have them anymore 🥺. I got them the 1st time because you guys. Can't wait to go buy the Tzatziki and try it.

Going to Trader Joe's this friday to try some of these!! but I have to ask: WHERE DID YOU BUY THOSE BEAUTIFUL BOWLS THAT YOU HAD THE SALAD IN?! I'm obsessed!
Very very nice. Thank you so much for doing these. ❤️❤️❤️
Earth balance did have sour cream and onion chips! Cheese ones too
You could have dipped those banana crisps in the banana butter, maybe. i hope you eventually get used to hot/spicy foods because they are so good for you! You could use the tzatziki to cool down the spicy flavor in some foods.
Love your sweater Chris 😁
Love these Trader Joe's hauls. I go looking for all the items.😊💜
i made a trip to TJ's recently and that tzatziki sauce is hands down best thing i got, i love pickle so im glad thats the primary flavor, but if someone hates pickle i recommend trying kite hill's tzatziki
Is the peppermint tea strong in the peppermint flavor? I had another brand before and couldn't drink it, it was too strong for me.
I loved that ranch dip lol even though it tasted like coconut!
Jasmine before taking a bite of anything: “is it spicy?” 😂
the jalapeno poppers are yummy. So are those umm, speculoos cookies. They're not new but so dang good.
Hi Jasmine, love the plaid blue jacket you were wearing on the second day. Where did you get it? I'm loving it. Thank you
I'm newly vegan-ish because I can't have dairy😢 but you guys have helped me discover new non dairy ,plant based options that have help keep my food flavorful and alive. Thank you both so very much.👍🏽
one of these days jasmine is gonna slap chris for saying something isn't spicy when it's spicy lol it happens every video
that beer bread mix looks like it could be a pot pie/casserole topper
