I have found 3 days ago your channel and I am actually fascinated with your videos. I have started watching them from the very beginning and reached this one. And I MUST tell you that your videos are gold. You make it simple, clear and interesting. You have become one of my top A320 "teachers"! Thank you for your amazing work!
we need more visual and more easily understand video like this… reminds me of that one instructor in my flying school, who makes things easy to understand… thanks once again for spending your precious time making this kind of tutorials… salute to u sir…
Thanks for the very well explained tutorial, looking forward for the next round the world flight on this waypoint aviation channel. G'day for Australia.
We can and we will… 😁✌🏽our sim is a professional training device used by actual pilots for training, so it’s capable of simulating virtually any failure known 😎
Great would be interesting if you could activate it from cruise altitude to see real world procedures. Sure it would create interest with a thumbnail. Your channel deserves far more subscribers. Thanks.
Yes we usually turn off the apu once we’ve started the main engines. We can keep it on and use the apu bleed to get more performance from the engines. But standard procedure is to turn off the apu after main engine start.
Depends on which screen you're referring to buddy, On the "APU Page" the 1st line is the RPM of the Engine, on the "Electrical Page" the first line in "%" over each Generator (GEN1, APU, GEN2) is the amount of LOAD that's been drawn out of the Generator, it can go unto 100% and stay Green in color once it crosses over 100% it then leans there's too much load on that Generator. Hope this helps! :)
Thank you so much for your kind words, our goal for this channel is simple, make videos that are fun and interesting to watch, easy to understand and deliver the information effectively to the audiences that needs it :) If we achieve that then our goal has been reached.
@@waypointsaviation Yup my first album I bought of theirs was “ For those about to Rock “ on tape in the 1980’s so like every teenager then, it starts with Rock and Progress to the rest of the musical repertoire of genre’s ask me if I still like it in my 50’s the answer is definitely not, does it make me a psycho I don’t think so 😜
Sure we’ll cover the FMA in a future video, for now you can watch this video converting the Autopilot Airbus A320 Autopilot Tutorial | Understanding the FCU (Flight Control Unit) ua-cam.com/video/-o7Z5bMfkxo/v-deo.html

The first line in each icon for generator, APU, etc shows a percentage. Is this the percentage of power currently being supplied to the bus system?
